Good afternoon On The Rock Kupang Hotel Management.
Today I am really disappointed with the service from Hotet OTR Kupang (Chef Aris). On September 27 2019 at approximately 11:00 to 13:00 noon I attended an event at OTR Kupang during our lunch hour (me and my friend ) I wanted to queue to eat at that time my friend Rara already had a plate in his hand but Chef Aris pulled the plate (snatched) it from my friend's hand. At that point we complen and he is still arguing with us.
January 9 and 10, 2020, I locked up a place at the OTR Hotel Kupang (proposal & marriage ceremony)
On January 9, 2020, at lunch time there was an end to be leftover food and I asked for the leftover food to be wrapped for the family but chef Aris replied that the leftover food on the dining table already exceeded the quaternion so it couldn't be wrapped (the food we paid for ).
Today is January 10, 2020 during lunch hours from 09:30 to 10:00. The food on the table is still available but the 70 plates that are provided are gone. I asked Chef Aris to add a plate (he said) but he said to me this should have added Pax. That started my debate with Chef Aris. In front of the dining table continues until the office. He was very rude from the information provided. The debate process until he came out of the debate process (did not finish it properly) as if I was going to the OTR hotel for free meals.
Chef Aris has been providing rude service 3 times. And the 3rd time, I am very disappointed.
