The hotel is almost brand new, clean and no signs of wear. The room was small, there is almost just space for the bed. The staff is friendly and smiling and very helpful. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was really delicious, there was something for everyone and catered for eating habits and allergens, so there are both vegan, gluten free, lactose free etc. The hotel's location is at the very top close to the station and the town center . The only reason it doesn't become 5 star is because I could have thought a little more for the DKK 1,500 we gave for a single night.

The hotel is nice. Clean. New. The hotel is conveniently located bus stops and train station nearby. Under the hotel is a large parking lot. Restrained Scandinavian style. The rooms are small. Now the road is being renovated around the hotel, because the approaches are a bit problematic, but this did not stop. Opposite the hotel is an opera. Near the hotel there are good scenic spots to walk (along the river) and eat. Walking distance to grocery stores. The rooms have kettles. The breakfast is excellent, although not very diverse (the range was quite enough for a high-quality, rich breakfast). The water in the hotel is hard, which is immediately evident from the incipient scale in the kettle after a couple of boiling times. Do not count on frequent changes of shampoo or shower gel (in small hotel packages) (I haven t updated it even once for 3 days). Reception is very friendly. Always help with the resolution of questions.
I stayed here in Nov 18 when it was a new hotel in Odense, the fixtures and fittings were excellent because of this. My main thoughts are that it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, it is very central everything is nearby. The rooms are nicely decorated but there isn't much space for luggage and clothes hanging, just a rail on the wall, there is no iron or board in the room. The bathroom is compact and modern with just a shower in a glass box. The shower water pressure is ok but not brilliant. The bed was very comfortable and I never had a problem sleeping. The breakfast is a sort of buffet but with pre prepared pots of bacon and scrambled eggs or boiled eggs. I enjoyed the bread and I think everything was organic or local. Overall I would stay again.
Too much logistic problem for that they loose 3 stars... -It is currently 1:15am and the hotel is hosting a private party and concert...music is blasting (been that way since 10pm), windows vibrate and i cannot sleep...they didn't thought of informing other customers about it...just waiting for the music to stop...and not much i can do about it (told reception and apparently they can't do anything)...it's not coming from a noisy neighbor but the HOTEL ITSELF...
-lots of trouble during booking. We booked online a room and when we arrived where told it wasn't available. happened a second time when we wanted to add a night and booked it online, we where told that the website ehere we booked the room eas wrong and if we tried booking on the actual website it wouldn't be there (checked the website it was there) --> make sure to sell the right amount of room in the future) -when we finally got a room there was supposed to be a double bed and a couch that transformes into another double bed. The staff there told us it wasn't true and should have booked a room with twins bed if that is what we wanted (no, we wanted two double bed and a large room) so they set up a stiff kids bed instead (had my feet hanging out of it the whole night)... turns out they just didnt know how the couch worked and the morning staff did turned the couch into a double bed for the next night... still had to go through a night on that terrible kids bed...
-the waiters where really really great but we spend 2h30 at the restaurant for a mini steak tartar and chicken...wayyy to slow.
On the good side: Well, the staff in really nice and helpfull. Decoration is pure scandinavian and is really beautiful, food is good, breakfast is nice, rooms are nice. I would have given 5 stars if we didnt have so much problem EVERY SINGLE DAY we spend here and we are almost staying a week.
The rooms were incredibly small, the bed width 120cm, so we had to upgrade to a 'lux' wetting to be two there. We saw twice that there was no more hot water (!) When we were in the bath. At three nights we did not see any bedding or change of towels, etc. On the other hand, it is expensive. That they get two stars and not just one is because all the staff were sweet and accommodating.
Stayed in a small standard room. Super nice room. The bed is a bit uncomfortable, but other facilities and restaurant are top quality. Overall a good experience
Brand new hotel just across the central train station, next to the music hall also called Odeon. When looking it up it was a bit confusing. Sadly due to construction work the hotel was very difficult to reach. Hotel is self is great, as you expect when everything is brand new. Nicely simple breakfast and friendly staff. Room are small but good.
Nice new, quiet and modern hotel. Nice room with an exceptionally good bed and friendly service. The breakfast was also top, they even had gluten free bread. The only thing that pulls down the communication about the stay. There was nothing in the mail we received about check-in times and breakfast and it's pretty hard to find that info on the website.
Very small rooms their WiFi codes wherent updated and they give different prizes too the same type of rooms om the same booking othervise nice new hotel
Clean and modern hotel. The food provided in the restaurant is also of the highest standard. Especially the bread seems to be baked here. Very friendly staff.
Lux Weekend stay with 1 night stay. Very delicious food in the restaurant. Very sweet and unpretentious staff, giving the guest a total experience. So nice atmosphere and atmosphere in the hotel. Another time I will give the extra it costs to have a super deluxe room
Good location and very friendly, helpful staff. The rooms and the hotel were generally clean and tidy everywhere. The breakfast, however, reduces for an overnight stay to 1400 DKK - very ordinary breakfast with i.a. industrial sliced cheese and "Koberg" rye bread.
