Hotel Nassauer Hof, Wiesbaden Review

Very well-kept atmosphere. The customer is clearly the focus. Extremely competent and friendly staff. Very pleasant environment. We recommend. The stay was fun.

At the bar you can have a drink in the evenings in high society and have fun with live music .. With different musical styles from soul to country and classics.

The food was excellent, as was the service. The view outside was very pleasant. The restaurant is also centrally located so it's perfect for an after dinner walk.

Between 3-4 stars as a rating.
Service and the team on site were great. The hotel is basically through its prime. The lobby has a very confusing layout. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) are getting old, so even a tablet in the room doesn't help. The beds are unfortunately too hard and should be equipped with new mattresses in order to appeal to a younger target group. The towels are much too thin and in no way correspond to a 5 star hotel.
The breakfast team seemed a bit overwhelmed by the Sunday rush. The selection is very small compared to other LHW hotels or generally 5 star hotels and not appropriate. The large selection of excellent tasting fruits was the highlight. The selection is otherwise not worth mentioning and does not correspond to the standard of the hotel (as a positive example, the management should take a look at the breakfast in the Schlosshotel Bensberg, which is on the same price level. The rooms have also been well modernized and the beds have mattresses on which younger people can sleep.
Normally, as a LHW member, a small bottle of sparkling wine or something similar awaits us, but unfortunately that didn't happen here either. However, there was an upgrade to a room with a beautiful view.
The thermal bath was very pleasant and very relaxing. The hotel has kept this area at a very good level. The sauna is also okay, but it is an unusual trend in luxury hotels to have to pay extra for sauna use.
All in all a good hotel but not recommended for the price. In Wiesbaden you can better stay at the Radisson Blu zum Schwarzen Bock, which usually costs half the price (and has better mattresses).

A very stylish house. Small Wermuttropfen: waste in the elevator was not removed for hours, the reception in the wellness area was not available, a provided telephone did not lead to the appearance of the lady. But the most annoying thing: draining the pool water caused the water to re-flood the floor drain, flooding the bathroom. Very annoying and dangerous. A note at the front desk was taken note of, a congeniality was in any way. An e-mail was ignored.

This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Europe. Right in the center of Wiesbaden across from the Casino and the Theater. Beautiful interiors, very nice rooms, and probably THE best breakfast in Germany.

Whiskey fair in Nassauer Hof. Arrived there around 15:00 and wanted to hand over the jackets at the cloakroom. However, this did not work because already overcrowded. How difficult would it have been to set up 1-2 racks? So we had to take the warm jackets in ... no pleasant situation. I would have expected differently from my previous experience with this hotel

Perfect service and perfectly crafted food. You can eat here without delay at reasonable prices.

They charge everything and they use stupid excuses to do so, e.g. they don't have ironing board and iron in the room and they don't provide it on request with explanation that it is not safe. Instead they charge you for their ironing service.

Very good location in the middle of Wiesbaden. Thermal pool, restaurants and service also very good.

Perfect location good breakfast the rooms are clean but cold in design, a nice bar, the restaurants in the hotel are worthless. The pinnacle was when we asked for clean sheets, there was an extra 50 euros on the bill, never experienced!

Worst experience ever! Slow wi-fi, old rooms, unproffesional staff (90% interns) , awful food.
Only positive things in this hotel are restaurant Enthe and location.

Very nice, cozy hotel. The 5-star level was ruined by a very unpleasant event. I had forgotten a dress hanging in the closet in my room where I stayed for 2 nights. When I returned home I noticed the morning after departure. My phone calls or email correspondence with various reminders did not contribute to finding the dress! It is possible that in a hotel of this level in the center of Europe the clothes disappear and nobody knows nothing ???? !!!!!

Everything perfect. Except for the bathroom here you should probably redevelop. Otherwise outstanding.

A car was parked in front of the hotel on the footpath (when leaving the vehicle and longer than 3 minutes). The hotel is of course not responsible for that, but then I took a picture of the wrongly parked car and the doorman said parking was allowed, but not taking pictures. He threatened to call the police. But no police came and the car was still parked on the footpath later.

Overall good, single room a little warm without air-conditioning.

Excellent location, very beautiful restaurant. Food and drinks were great and the service was very friendly. I would not expect lass from a top location.

We have the best house on the square in Wiesbaden met only as a venue. Honored one takes note of the friendliness of the staff, which unfortunately is still not self-evident in Germany today. The traditional house with its opulent facilities is of course always a good place for an event, even if it sometimes looks a bit dusty today. But that is the blessing and the curse of all houses of this kind. If you can afford it, it is always a good recommendation.

Nice piano bar with good cocktails and cigars selection

The duck is unbeatable. Top kitchen and unique service. Not cheap but worth every penny. Excellent service and great quality guarantee a good time there ...

Extremely nice hotel in the middle of Wiesbaden's old town not far from the casino. We really enjoyed the pool on the top floor with its fantastic view. After a very good dinner in one of the 3 in-house restaurants, we were able to end the evening at the smoker-friendly bar next to live piano music.
In addition to the gourmet restaurant "die Ente", which is really highly recommended, you can dine very well and very nicely in the in-house restaurant even without a reservation.
The breakfast was also good.

Hotel was nice. Very accommodating. We were able to use a meeting room on shorr notice which was very helpful. We ate dinner afterwards at the main restaurant which was also nice.

Our intention was to spend a great time in Wiesbaden including extensive wellness. In the booking confirmation was "inclusive use of the thermal pool and wellness area" not included but was the use of the sauna area. This one would have to pay extra for 15 per person. Relatively disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I expect that this is included in the price and will not be excluded by hidden messages in the text.

It is one of the most beautiful hotels in Lisbon, and its service is very elegant.
