A phenomenal hotel ... great location ... kind staff

Beautiful place. Just it needs to service their furniture some doors give noise like you are entering a haunted house. As heard in the movies

We were graced with exemplary service at Hotel Napoleon.

From the initial booking, to the check in (each and everyone at the reception), most especially the concierge, porters (the late night men assigned, they were all so kind, respectful and just pure gracious).

My husband and I were skeptical in booking close to a touristy area, but your entire staff (restaurant and all housekeeping staff) were just delightful. I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Napoleon. We travel twice a year to Paris, have stayed at Hotel Le Grand, Hyatt Madeleine etc - will definitely make Hotel Napoleon our home away from home. Wish we had discovered this sooner.

Please extend our highest compliments to your Administrator, Director, Manager - they know how to keep the team happy, IT SHOWS, as everyone seems to be very happy at where they work.

For a starred hotel, find the service really flawless. The service is at the customer's head. I will not invite my clients.

The place is a little far from the shopping locations and the lobby isn't open at midnight.

Stayed here 24OCT2014 - 27OCT2014. Fantastic location, wonderful, professional and helpful staff. Really a great experience. The only negative was the cost of the "continental" breakfast. It was my fault to have not checked the price ahead of time, but who on earth could have imagined that a breakfast of juice, coffee or tea and breakfast pastries would cost 19 euro PER PERSON! One day we had a cup of coffee, a cup of tea, a croissant and a piece of toast. Cost? 38 EURO!!! Almost $50! I felt terribly ripped-off, but rushed out at check-out and didn't reflect on it until after I was gone. I definitely would have said something otherwise. Live and learn. I would stay there again, but I would not eat breakfast there!

Small rooms but everything was clean and nice looking

Very confortable stay in first week of January. We loved the location. The staff is bilingual which is great. We happened to be there during the protest day and the hotel hired extra security which was great. Will stay here again next time we re in Paris.

Outstanding Boutique Hotel, great location and beautiful decor.

The terrace on the top floor offers a nice view of the Arc de Triomphe.

At the origin of this hotel, there is a love story ... That of a rich Russian entrepreneur who meets in a literary salon at the end of the 1920s a young Parisian whom he falls head over heels in love (the classic) . To allow him to receive the high society of the time, he offers this hotel which has kept a furniture of pure Directoire and Napoleonic style. The hotel remains to this day still the property of the family of origin.

This treasure hotel is so delicious! Especially for his family's 39 dinner package, you must pay attention to the 39 price holiday can not be used. Napoleon had a hat and needed to call to reserve a seat. It must be hidden, and the quality of the restaurant will be the same as that of the Portuguese seafood store.

Family brunch. A very good time with perfect service, a very beautiful setting, very nice dishes and a discreet atmosphere. A very attractive price for the type of service. A strongly advise. 2 small points because we can always improve: for brunch, it lacks vegetables and the toilet must absolutely be cleaned better with provision of towels to wipe their hands. But these 2 small remarks do not alter the experience. Thank you
