The hotel is nice enough. I am looking. The furniture is old the rooms are tiny. It's not 5 star hotel. The location is good. The staff are nice but I am still looking for a better option.

I had a cocktail in the hotel bar. Chalereux places, clean. Offers various seats: comfortable chairs, seats etc ... I loved the appetizers, mixture of almonds and seeds very pleasant to nibble. Um, I still think about it. I recommend this place 2 not Champs Elysees. No need to be a hotel guest for a drink.

Very good hotel! Excellent welcome, very good atmosphere, very good bedding, very good breakfast. Go there without any hesitation. The welcome is that of a French family hotel that must absolutely be preserved! Without forgetting the good hygienic conditions in vogue with the current context. We will come back!

Nice hotel. Renowned.
Ideally placed.
But that day I was going to visit my pension fund located 10m away.
Ah! GPS improved your accuracy which leads us astray.

My Girlfriend and I stayed in Hotel Napoleon to jointly celebrate our birthdays. It was my first time in Paris and Hotel Napoleon managed to blow me away. The service, quality of the rooms was just great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone else. It's literally a stones-throw from the Arc de Triomphe and great metro links into the city.

Family Owned since 1930 - Elegantly decorated in Empire stylized luxury. A mini George V, not far. Its effectively our/my Paris residence. 2 Room Suite, Private Rooftop adjacent Patio the size of entire Suite, with non crane nevk Arc d'Triomphe Views. A block off of the Champs d'lessie, 1 Block from Simon Rothchild "Hotel" & Jardens - a MILLION LIGHT YEARS FROM SF. Even makes SF Housing Priced seem low. Ahhhhhhhh Paris! All 10,000,000,+ occupants of it.

It's location is probably the main reason why you consider this hotel. During our 5 days stay: 1. The concierge told us the wrong direction towards a car rental place. 2. Even with "do not disturb" sign clearly shown, their housekeeping still entered our room. 3. Before we went our in the morning, we told the front desk in person that our minibar fridge is not working and we were promised a check up by someone but when we returned in the evening the fridge was still not working and there was no message left so I had to go ask the front desk and was told the fridge was reported "fixed" by their technician.

The receptionist is a young girl, very very rude, I'm wondering if I booked at a hotel or at a prison, she knows nothing about hospitality. The rooms are small but good for Paris, I will think twice before I come back again. Because of the receptionist altitude, no way to get your room earlier, if you arrive early you have to wait until 3pm to get into your room. The room is clean.

We have never seen such an unpleasant and unwelcoming "5 stars" hotel. Requirements were not met. No valet available inside to bring luggages to the room. Dirty and used shower amenities. No complimentary platter. Empty mini-bar. This is More

Very central beautiful impact friendly and helpful staff sure that it could not and should be otherwise, even the price helps is certainly not the cheapest but the location is strategic to visit Paris.
The rooms are well-kept but not excessively large
Of course the suites will be another thing ... but well so ..

An underground car park is opposite. There is always room there. Its high price has something to do with it. But what else can we do? ... Park on the surface? Yes, there is room in the evenings and at weekends, but the enforcement officers roam around the mounts of the milking cows . Do not forget to visibly affix your ticket.

The hotel is beautiful.

We eat there, we see a drink in a beautiful atmosphere.

The staff are professional and really customer service.

It's a beautiful Parisian address .

If my review was helpful to you,
Do not hesitate to like ,
It is always a pleasure.

We enjoyed our stay at the luxurious Hotel Napoleon. The Arc de Triumph was just about 100 feet from us. The staff treated us like family. David, the Concirege, along with Mohamed, Dexter, the bell guys, Theo from the restaurant and others were very helpful and made us feel very much at home on our visit to Paris. A special thanks to the general manager Claude, for the pleasant surprise left in our room for my wife s birthday, petit madeleines and champagne! We there for Bastille Day and the fireworks and they were just superb. Thanks guys, we look forward to coming back

We were there only for the Sunday brunch. It was a pure treat. Food is excellent with a large choice between traditional continental/English breakfast options buffet, plus two extra warm meals (stuffed chicken with rosemary, sage and bacon in creamy mushroom sauce... delicious). A huge tray of cheese and desserts. Oh, I forget the sushi and the champagne glass, of course.
Of course it is pricey but the atmosphere of the place and the location deserves it.
We will be back for sure!
