A real welcome up to my expectations, and a very nice hotel

The lounges and meeting rooms are perfect for a meeting before the opening of a fair at the fairground, just opposite.

A very specific smell in the Hotel Lobby already. Not really friendly staff. I know mich better Hotels in Paris on a lower Rate.

Hello, I was at the Mercure Porte de Versailles from 21 to 27 May 2015 with my colleague for professional reasons, we were indeed greeted by the receptionist LAURA I congratulate for his professionalism and his permanent smile, however, I reproach to a sound manager AHMED who was more than unpleasant or even unkind. I have a bad memory.

Very good hotel well placed. Nice room as well as the beds. We have provided parking (30 ers a day). Surprise, the entrance to the parking lot is vaugirard street. Another surprise, once in the car park, there is a car lift! no choice. scary! At first we came across another car. Galley to leave the place! No fire or other warning that a car has entered the only lane of the car park! That's why I note that 4 stars.

Alberto "work" style, very close to the metro and tram stops in a very quiet street. Very friendly at the reception. Small room but all in all pleasant. Less the mochette (for me it's no); in all environments there is a lingering smell of deodorant ..

Very good room, comfortable; mine had a clear view very appreciable. Very good bedding. Special mention for the reception staff, really friendly (Special Mention for Ruth). Classic breakfast, acceptable choice, but too industrial for my taste as in all hotels in the group. Why dean not to appeal to bakers for breads and pastries. Everything is industrial. When to the omelette, better forget it.

The ideal way to get to the fairgrounds, impossible to find closer. And a metro station 3 steps and the tram. Staff, great breakfast in a nice room. I have been going for several years, the rooms are regularly improved. Too bad the facade is so sad and outdated.

Fine accommodation next to Paris expo. The station of metro line 12 and tram 2 and 3a is accessible in just a minute. This is why the hotel is suited for tourists, too.
The rooms are well equipped, in style partly a bit impracticable. Breakfast is fine but in european comparison a bit expensive (about 20 ).

A descent hotel with a prime location in front of the exhibition fairground in Paris.

We stayed here for a weeklong vacation and it was more than comfortable.

Everything about the hotel was great, but it is not in the best spot as far are proximity to the sightseeing areas go. Everything we did seemed to be at least 20 or 30 minutes plus a transfer.

The surrounding area has all the usual amenities in terms of a small supermarket, Sim card shop and loads of cafes and restaurants.

As far as the hotel goes, the staff were very helpful. We were checked in by Veronica who gave us detailed info about the city and things to do.

The room we had was great. It was a bit smaller than what we are used to but it was clean and there were lots of lights and plugs so we had no issues with keeping our devices charged.

In all i would highly recommend this hotel with the caveat about its location.

Extremely poor quality, bedrooms as large as jail cells, poor hygiene, dirty and stained carpet, moldy fixtures, poor staff, rude, unprepared and poorly dressed.
They do not offer luggage transport service, they do not take cash banknotes, they do not offer any comfort to customers.
The price absolutely does not cover the quality of the service. Instead of being a 4 star, it is actually 1/2 star.
Already in the hall you have the perception of the poor quality of the whole structure.
Pay attention to the parking, they charge you the cost and then make you park on the street!
The only advantage of the hotel is the location in front of the Fiera stand.
Overall rating: BAD.

Come here for work every year. It's a nice hotel very clean. Nice and stylish. Its right by the tram and subway stops and opposite the exhibition centre with a few nice restaurants near by.

I stayed at the hotel with a standard room and an extra bed for 4 nights and it was one of the worst experiences I had.

Horrible service. During our stay, there was a day when the housekeeping didn't clean our room. We complained to the front desk and asked for a compensation regarding the issue. After talking to a few different people, they decided to blame us because their housekeeping said that we put up the do-not-disturb sign. Which we didn't do, and we're sure of it because it was a hanged sign which I'm sure is hard to mistakenly be put outside the door.

Other issues include the lack of amenities, it's a mercure for crying outloud. Is it too hard to ask for something as simple as a shower cap? If it's an ibis budget hotel then I would definitely understand. The only thing that they give you is shampoo and soap. Yep that's all, and when I asked the front desk regarding the matter they said that amenities are only reserved for superior rooms. That's a total rip off if you ask me.

The only reason I'm still giving it a 2 star is because of it's proximity to the metro station.

The hosts were very welcoming from the start and throughout our stay they were very pleasant and helpful.<br/>The room was lovely. Clean crisp sheets on a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a powerful shower, mini bar, good size wardrobes and drawers. <br/>Breakfast was good fresh food, coffee was great.

3-seater reservation ... arrival on site the 3rd place forgotten .... And once the 3 rd bed install after 20 minutes of waiting in the bathroom the handle of the shower remains in the hand ....

This is a beautiful and most loveable Hotel where every one likes to stay more and more time for enjoyment and leisure. All types of modern facilities are available here. There are single as well as double bed rooms along with a good number of conference Halls. The breakfast is the speciality of this Hotal. The hot hot and tasty food is being served here. Every Visiter feel here as his home away from Home. The charges / room rent is very very reasonable and affordable. The staff of this Hotel is marvellous and customer friendly. They are always available for help for all the visiting customers. This Hotel is really a most preferred and loveable place for staying and enjoyment.

Super hotel, clean, newly renovated and super nice staff, close to all commerce

Large new rooms, soundproofed and equipped with every comfort ... free wifi .. excellent breakfast ... of course, the location is certainly not the strong point of the structure but the metro is "a meter" from the hotel so for those who do not bother to use the means and do a bit of back and forth trips, the hotel is perfect. Reception a little cold but to me and my partner did not care ... just ask and they perform without too many smiles but seriousness. I recommend

We arrived last night, the clerk was very rude. In addition our room is messy there was hair and hair in the bed and in the shower, we opened the couch bed and it was the same. There is crush in the curtains and the photos of the room are not at all representative of it. The internet is mediocre it disconnects every 15 min so very difficult to work. In addition, we tried to cancel our rooms given the state of it and the fact that we were to mercury expo, that I recommend much more beautiful and the comments of my team there are excellent, or no only the people at the front desk categorically refuse to help us, even if we are ready to pay a penalty but in addition we were told to talk to the manager this morning and she flatly refused to talk to us. Hotel to avoid at all costs I travel a lot around the world and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition it is much more expensive than the mercury expo and is not worth it at all as mentioned it is dirty, no customer service and not at all practical to work. It is at best mediocre.

I only know the reception room. Moderately large, but good service.

Room a little old for a Mercure

Room spacious and clean. The very large and comfortable double bed but in which the boys of 17 and 13 years old slept left a little to be desired. The bathroom was right and every day we had drinks and coffee that we could have for free.

It's excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly. They treated us very well and we received their assistance when we required it. The room is impeccable. The only criticism is that the bathtub is very high and is difficult for an older person, except that nothing to say. The breakfast very good. The facilities in general very modern and pleasant. I stayed only one night because I was transferred from another hotel in the chain due to lack of availability but it was a pleasant surprise. Despite being on the outskirts, you get to the center quickly. It turned out to be a good location.

Nothing really at the hotel, but neither worth the 4 start rating nor the price. The standard room is not spacious, but compared to other hotels in Paris not small either. You can walk around the bed, have a small fridge, two chairs and a table. Plenty of wardrobe, a small safe and a modern bathroom.
So much for the fair points. Why you find not a real glass (plastic cups in the bath, paper in the other room) but having drinks in the fridge is hard to explain. I orderd an ironing board two time - they took it away the following day. At check not only a security deposit is taken on the card, but a copy of the passport and a registration form are required also.
I would let it pass with a better rating as a three star hotel which should cost 75 EUR less a night - but so it is average at maximum.

I noticed at home that they charged me something from the mini bar despite I had nothing from there and told so at the check-out. So be careful and check your invoice. I lower the rating to 2 stars.

My room was very nice. Excellent location with restaurants and just in front of the "parc des expositions" plus the hotel bar offers a cozy speak easy environment. Very good experience.

Hotel clean, modern but not at all family. The toilets are not equipped with changing table !!!

just for a tasting at the bar while waiting to go to an exhibition I found the atmosphere absolutely pleasant.

Hotel ideally placed next to the dome of Paris and perfectly served by the metro, it was the first time I came to this hotel and I was not disappointed. The welcome was warm and smiling and the room I had an absolutely perfect suite for my friends and myself with a giant bed and a sofa bed 2 places. When the bathroom was equipped with a bath balneo. The rooms are very well soundproofed and the air conditioning is perfect. I recommend this hotel.

It has been 3 years now that I have been organizing breakfasts for around 40 people in the hotel.
The welcome is always perfect and their sense of service is remarkable, to the delight of my guests!
