We arrived last night, the clerk was very rude. In addition our room is messy there was hair and hair in the bed and in the shower, we opened the couch bed and it was the same. There is crush in the curtains and the photos of the room are not at all representative of it. The internet is mediocre it disconnects every 15 min so very difficult to work. In addition, we tried to cancel our rooms given the state of it and the fact that we were to mercury expo, that I recommend much more beautiful and the comments of my team there are excellent, or no only the people at the front desk categorically refuse to help us, even if we are ready to pay a penalty but in addition we were told to talk to the manager this morning and she flatly refused to talk to us. Hotel to avoid at all costs I travel a lot around the world and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition it is much more expensive than the mercury expo and is not worth it at all as mentioned it is dirty, no customer service and not at all practical to work. It is at best mediocre.
