Nice set of pools and right next to the beach. It is not that crowded.
I agreed with some reviews that this hotel has the best garden/pool set in the Nusa Dua area.
Be careful with Family room that has the main bed and bath on the upper floor as the stairs are a bit steep for younger kids or older folks. Also this room types are of older (not renovated yet) that some of them have AC that is not working properly. you will definitely need AC as Bali in general is very very humid.

This is a fantastic hotel. We had Level access and it was excellent. Separate pool, beach area with free water and afternoon tea. Also access to the Level lounge with free alcoholic drinks from 5-8. The ground floor rooms have been repainted and like some without Level access have direct access to a lagoon pool. Also you can have breakfast in a separate air conditioned restaurant. They even come around and clean your sunglasses! But the real stars here are the service and the staff. They are professional but very friendly and approachable. They are excellent at looking for things that are wrong and sorting them before you mention them. We are now checking for more Melia hotels closer to the UK with the same facilities. Highly recommended for a luxury resort experience.

Fantastic place only thing i did not like was the dj s weird music that came on later a night when you sat on the beach chilling big base noise spoils the atmos must be my age

Very nice place to stay , has a personal beach , nice pools . Near to Bali collection.

Spacious, free kids club, cool, nice rooms, good view, good food

The place is nice, the staff is friendly and the family room is comfortable. This hotel is suitable for families because the swimming pool facilities and kids club are complete so they are liked by children. Those who like to eat and have good food, please try the Sateria or Sakura restaurant for Japanese food lovers, because of the large and tasty portions.

We were there on Sept. 18 and felt very well looked after. The location of the hotel right on the beach was an advantage, so you could swim at high tide in the sea and otherwise in the pool. The complex was well maintained. Amenities in the colonial style, certainly not the most modern furniture, but ok for us. Room clean, food very good! Staff was great !!! Have tried more than. We can only recommend it.

The rooms are a bit oldiest but clean ... we choose the one with pool access ... the bfast is also delicious ... the buffet but still uses the health protocol ... we just have to show the staff which we want ... there are water sports facilities such as canos, can massage bicycles , kids club also has many events .. so much fun in here

Great hotel with really nice restaurants. You'll need to book ahead to get a seat at the beach restaurant though. All the facilities were top notch and my wife and I would consider staying there again.

Minus only in the breakfast menu and the taste, the others are top ...

Hotel facility very nice, lots of green, lots of park! Service so far also very good! Except for the evening when we were invited to the hotel as friends .. we had a drink with them in the hotel and wanted to say goodbye at the end and they accompanied us to the hotel exit. When we arrived there (transportation stand) we asked about the price for the crossing to the hotel 3km away! 60K was said even though no 20k was charged in a Blue Bird taxi on the way! So we went to the reception and asked for a taxi, after a short moment they said, sorry Blue Bird cannot be reached ... (no taxi to be seen far and wide!) ... So we started walking and drove off without further ado the first Blue Bird over ...
So service = 0! Preferably - 5! It felt like a hijacked game because after we left the transport station, he picked up the phone and suddenly there is no Blue Bird available ?. Ahja okay ... I can fool someone else ... sorry not possible ...

Stayed as a member of the level and it was brilliant!!! I loved every second of my stay and wish we could ve stayed longer than a week. Staff were beyond amazing. Breakfast was excellent, choice of restaurants is good and the level pool was the ultimate chill away from the main resort pool. Can t wait to go back one day!

Stayed 2 nights on 7-9 December 2020 at Lagoon Access Junior Suite Room. The check in and check out process is very fast, request late check out and receive it. I requested a sofa bed and trundle bed set up before checking in, and when I entered the room it was neatly arranged
Initially I was worried that the pool could be accessed directly from crowded rooms, because the info was that 1 row of rooms were all opened (and at that time all filled). But thank goodness we are together with guests who understand the pandemic conditions, so the swimming changes in each room, no one swims together, so it feels safe and feels like a private pool
The hotel is not a new building, but it is still very well maintained and the cleanliness is very well maintained. The garden is spacious and beautiful. There is a cafe by the beach. All facilities are open, we only tried canoeing.
Breakfast buffet, take it yourself. Not much variety and standard taste.
What really impressed me was the beach, when it was very quiet, the waves were calm so it was safe enough for children to play on the beach.
Go food can only reach the front gate. What is our note that the security at the entrance is not friendly, the other staff are very friendly.

Spectacular hotel Beautiful, you receive two Balinese dancers dancing. Very friendly, they have people at the reception who speak in Spanish. With 5 restaurant and private beach, although not especially good. There is also a very cool pool. They organize many activities. It has a shopping center and local markets nearby. Clean and spacious rooms. They have a good all inclusive, although it is expensive.

The hotel is very good in general, the service of the staff very good, but a bit slow at the restaurant on the beach.

Excellent location but the resort needs a refresh, especially the rooms.

A chic place with a relatively democratic price, we found on the booking with a discount of 2800 UAH per night, but it is worth it. The first line, excellent staff, served 5 +, very clean, fantastic ocean, along the coast you can splash around both kids and adults who tuned to swim, a little away from the coast, you can safely swim, and even further surferskoy, this is where there are no breakwaters and there are waves. A fantastic place, it is chosen for wedding ceremonies, here for this special equipment and photo zones. Very nice and comfortable. I recommend !!!!

Beautiful well-run hotel! Freindly staff, Fun things to do like movie time at the beach! Big beach connecting to Nusa Dua beach, Hammocks and swings in the beach* Small hotel room with a nice beach view! Me and my family chose a hotel room with a second floor! *You can walk to the swings only in low tide, the swings are completely covered in water in high tide! Great hotel! Definitely coming back!

Airco in the room smells of basement so damp I could not bare the room. Breakfast was good though.

Maximum level cleaning. Staff education and great food. It offers restaurants for every type of palate. From Sorrento you can enjoy refined food.

Asian luxury with all its letters. The beach is amazing. It is alive with the tides. I do not get tired of taking pictures. The nearby beaches are as good or better.

Every single person greets you every single time they see you, if you have a problem with your room like I did, they sort it out immediately without mucking around.
They bring you chocolate, fruit, they call to check you are enjoying your experience, they go the extra mile to make sure you are having an awesome experience and the place is really cool.

Fabulous resort hotel, great food and entertainment

Got a room on the ground floor with terrace access to a semi-private pool, actual room well sized with a bedroom and living room section. Bathroom clean and spacious enough. Hotel doctor came quickly when needed (watch out for water poisoning if you go on any day trips to waterfalls). Tide goes back a very long way during the day so enjoy it while it's in. Food and drink excellent, main hotel pools decent. Staff friendly, not all can speak great English but enough can. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place, peace, sun, complete rest. Very nice service. But if someone wants to see "real" Bali, I definitely recommend round trips.

they have a very huge garden! the only thing i dont like only the beach, the setting not so big! half of them used for melia villa!

We stayed here for two weeks. I can only say that it is a dreamlike hotel complex in which hardly any wishes are left unfulfilled.
Upon arrival, the reception building was huge and gave a very good first impression.
Very nice helpful staff could be found everywhere. The hotel complex is very clean and well maintained.
We booked "The Level" without knowing exactly what it would mean. Sometimes this upgrade made it feel like a two-tier society, as "The Level" brought you into special areas, such as: B. your own pool, your own breakfast restaurant or your own lounge.
This preference felt a bit strange to us, but we liked to use the level pool almost every day, because it was fantastic: Not much going on, mostly free loungers, large and deep pool, no children. In addition, the service here was unbeatable.
(It was even asked now and then whether the sunglasses can be cleaned).
I found the previous reservation in the restaurants a bit annoying, but we could come to terms with it. After all, this is a better way to plan. In addition, it was new to me that you had to sign an invoice after every drink / meal, even with all inclusive. There will be reasons for that, but it was new.
All in all, you can unreservedly recommend this hotel. The points of criticism are so marginal that you can ignore them.

Bali, it is known as the island of the Gods, and it really is, because I have been three times, and I love it, the hotels in Nusa Dua, are spectacular, I know only the camellia Bali, and the fabulous Musa Dua, the Nusa Dua is even more luxurious than the Melia "but in the latter there is always at least one person who carries a flag of Spain on the lapel, and who speaks Spanish and make excursions around the island to visit its Temples or volcanoes such as Lake Bratan , p the Batur volcano, or the park of the giant bats and monkeys, and to complete go to seafood dinner at Jimbaran beach, it is unforgettable that you get close to your feet while you dine by candlelight inside a jar !!!! And in the meantime the taxi that transferred you to the place is waiting for you to return to the hotel (the heat and humidity are axfisiantes, but it is worth it the people are lovely)

A must stay or even for a day visit for lunch or dinner.

What a beautiful resort!!! The staff are so helpful and friendly, our room was lovely and always clean and the food was divine. The only negative I do have (which has nothing to do with the resort itself) is that Bali has such a bad plastic pollution problem which is out of control and something really needs to be done about this..... Other than that we loved every minute at Melia Bali!!

The site is amazing !!! Nature, tranquility, elegance, fun ... I don't know what paradise will be like, but this is close for sure.

our stay so far has been great and i would like to highly commend our chefs for breakfast and also the professionals Ali from entertainment and Budi from the kitchen who helped us in cooking class learn about traditional balinese foods!

The villa's are just fantastic with private pool and beautiful tropical garden .

Unbelievable what friendly people & staff. What kind of work assignment is no longer available in Germany in this way. A plant that is ingenious especially in the spring because only about one-third occupied. Madness and if possible like again.

We spent in March 2019 very relaxing days in Melia Bali! The management, as well as the staff cared for us very courteous and with great hospitality! The duplex suite was ideal for 3 people! Overall, a successful stay!
