One of the best places for families! The beach is safe, secluded & quiet, good for your lil ones. Food fantastic & lots of retaurants to choose from, activities & food all inclusive like a club med, oh did i mention a beautiful spa retreat for mums & dads too! Just a fantastic holiday destination!!

Thank you for the Melia hospitality ! I stayed 4 nites and got room upgrading .. with open wide space! I love the beach .. and the occasion there.
Just one notice .. while I did check in for my boss's room (it was 3. 15 pm on April 11, 2018), I was waiting more than 15 mins .. and the lady only offering welcome drink to foreigners (I wonder because I was the only one local tourist in the queue)
Then at the same time ... there was a tour leader (local people) .. was not in the queue ..and he just came with many foreigners .. and your receptionist noticed them and give them a service without asking his queue .. and neglected me who already standing long time ..
If this hotel is Foreigner's priority, I wouldn't recommend it to my local colleagues ..
Really worth it, near to nusa dua beach, i think everybody will love to stay at this hotel!

First trip to Bali with the family had to do a lot of digging around and found a place called Melia check the reviews on trip advisor and google & now it s my turn to give the feedback on this place !
Ok first thing is first pick up from
Airport by the shuttle was organize by them amazing don t use a porter just letting you know they charge you and never happy with what you give * I gave them and they wanted more * anyways the drivers name was Newman and was lovely . Even explained the history of the place whilst driving .
The greeting at the hotel was amazing smiles all around they are too friendly honestly !! The breakfast the restaurants the swimming area the bars all are clean like no one has been there & the food is great ! The service is phenomenal I recommend tipping the waiters when possible they do a great job !! I d like to thank

Excellent service, good food, good rooms, nice garden, beach and pools. Many interesting activities inside hotel. Close to the airport and many other restaurants. Many of them offer free pickup and dropoff.
Used to be 4 1/2 star. Now 3 star will not eat there except breakfast

Stay here, dont think twice. We stayed in a nearby hotel, paid more and disappointed. While you stay one of the hotels on the beach you can walk along and have opportunity to see the others. We visited all and this was the best. We preferred to stay in a more well-known group but disapponted with the service. We came Melia for dinners and both the service and the menu was better than others. If we come here again we will stay here without thinking twice.

The place is awesome for sure. Salute to the management who cares so much about those people reside in the landfill, supporting their needs and school the children properly. The management also rejects the use of plastic materials in every wares they use to prevent Bali environment from further polution caused by them. Another concern has been done for years annually is the internship program conducted for vocational students that has produced many well trained and more skillful students. My one hope, is that all venues will activate their management to concern more about environment and humanity just like Melia Bali does.

For a perfect vacation. Unbeatable service, all care to the maximum detail. The only negative point would be the beach, since at midday the tide goes down and the water disappears.

Very poor service received. Wanted to book in for an item on the menu but was told it was no longer available. I was disappointed this couldn't be updated to let guests know. The lady on the phone then tried to convince me to get something similar but I was very disappointed to discover it was just a hair wash with mediocre product. Very disappointing for the prices they were charging.

Private villas with King size room, pillow menu, dressing room, indoor shower area, toilet, stone bathtub, outdoor shower, own pool, sun loungers, breakfast arbor, meals and / or dinners that come to serve you, outside area of board games and garden with vegetation, all fenced by a stone wall that gives you all the necessary privacy. You have your own fish to feed. It is not necessary to go out to the common facilities at all, despite its multiple pools and restaurants. Very close to a very varied shopping center. A luxury

A surprisingly affordable but at par resort in Bali! Love your breakfast buffet while listening to live sounds of traditional Balinese music. Nice spread at the breakfast buffet restaurant.
We stayed in a premium lagoon access suite with an all inclusive package. The restaurants were all impressive, the room was clean and well stocked, the beach was a easy 3 minute walk from the room and the main pool even closer.

5 star certified resort. Big and beautiful structure with friendly staff, even if in Bali it is difficult to find rude people, the structure overlooks the ocean and the stretch of sea in August (I don't know at other times of the year) retires around 12:30 pm for the low tide allowing tourists to venture out on walks to the coral reef. Returning to the resort, it is equipped with all the comforts, with two swimming pools, restaurants of which one is Japanese, a spa center, etc. It is a stone's throw from the Bali Collection shopping center. Resort for families and young couples who want to spend part of their holiday in complete relaxation. Recommended.
A true success. The rooms are fantastic and new, the food is great (although the price is not exactly low), the perfect facilities, the attention of the staff is incredible (to my liking the best compared to other hotels of the same chain) And if you have the pack (the level) the experience is guaranteed.

Hotel located in the area of Nusa Dua Bali. This hotel has a spacious garden and cool backward. Minimalist themed rooms, quite good but can be improved even more. Friendly employees. The hotel has its own private beach. One of the advantages of this hotel has a restaurant on the beach. So guests can eat while enjoying the beach waves. The menu has an explanation of what contains glutein, pork, etc. And this can be further improved.
Breakfast is quite diverse. For some rooms located on the lower floor have access to the swimming pool surrounding the room. Complete hotel facilities, kids zones, bicycles, spas, salons etc.
I just walked by, a wonderful place for sunset. Very good for food on the beach.
Overall it was pretty neat, but today's breakfast was a bit misleading, the misoshiru was in fact, a chicken broth and the toppings are not japanese, it might be unpleasant for vegans or a native Japanese
Best all inclusive resort in. Nusa Dua. Staff is so polite and accommodating. Yudi at the Level is the best host. Has so many restaurants and bars that you never feel like leaving the resort. The little coffee joint next to the pool is great place to actually enjoy batista coffee and cake for a change. Management is excellent and all staff go out of there way to attend all your needs. Good entertainment during night time.

The first hotel I visited when I first worked at Landscape Contractors, the design of the garden was very good so that the guests who were visited were spoiled by a green and beautiful expanse of plants ... For a local traveler, the hotel price is quite expensive to stay. Hopefully in the future there will be a price list for local travelers at a more affordable price.
Foodie in patio cafe is very poor. Pool and beach access very good but food and drink prices are extortionate. Food generally poor quality.
Old hotel that is well maintained, almost all facilities can be used. The staff is alert and very friendly. Not young but serve friendly and sincere. As a local, feel comfortable in this hotel. The kids like it here because there are lots of activities and it's free for an hour. Canoenya is fun and the tide is high in the afternoon. Right there is a temple that is really beautiful, I want to borrow a bicycle before going there ... really like it
We recently stayed at Melia Bali and we couldn t have been happier with everything there. We chose to have the all inclusive package and let me tell you it was worth it . The choices of restaurants were just fantastic one restaurant better than the other . So much variety . All the staff that we came in contact with were just beautiful, very helpful and friendly . My children and their partners as well as my grandchildren stayed there as well and we all loved it . Will definitely come back and also highly recommend it . Thank you for a memorable experience

One of the resort hotels in Nusa Dua, the location is good but the food choices are around a little because Bali collection is still closed during the pandemic ... complete facilities, staff friendliness and health protocols still need to be improved.

We just left this amazing resort. The rooms I would say they are 4 stars not 5, but the other facilities definitely make up for. The prices for food and drinks are according with their rating so do not expect to buy cheap beverages, like outside of the resort.
Within walking distance there is a shopping complex where you can find supermarkets, restaurants and gift shops at fair prices.
The staff at the resort is super friendly, helpful and always do their best to help you.
Another mention will be that this is a family and children friendly resort so the main pool can get very busy. For that reason definitely we will stay here again in the near future with our children. For couples be aware there are so so many instagram able places with in and on the beach that you must bring your cameras and photo gear to get that perfect shot :)
