Dear Sirs and Madames,

Dear Sirs and Madames,

we had booked your hotel from 12/21/19 to 12/26/19. Since my wife got sick, we asked you to postpone our trip. The trip was already paid for. We called the date from March 11th, 2020 to March 16th, 2020. If this period had cost more, no problem. We would not have thought that a 5 star hotel would not be able to accommodate its guests. The word "goodwill" does not exist for you. We are definitely disappointed and will definitely not recommend your hotel!

Sincerely yours

5 stars ?????

5 stars ?????

No SPA available. Jaccuzzi down for several months as well as the Hammam. No shower with jets.
Nice gym, very good breakfast (be patient if you order an espresso or hot chocolate especially at 9:57 am when you are told that there is no more chocolate)

Service: evening meal with little choice from the menu and result, you are imposed 2 possible desserts because nothing else. The food is good.

At the reception, ask Martin, it is exactly what you expect from a good reception.

Avoid breaking a small glass soap holder in your bathroom in the afternoon.
This will prevent you from restarting room service in the evening at 11 p.m. (return from exit) and having to pick up the broken glass yourself with a semblance of a broom provided to you.

It is not worth 5 stars. When we were at the Palais restaurant in the evening, few tables were occupied, so the wall lights were off, the chandelier bulbs were off or not working. Big maintenance or upkeep problem. 1 exterior chandelier out of 2 works at the entrance and condition of the interior-exterior restaurant furniture to be reviewed + office in our room with a lot of chips.

Good bedding

Good location (Tram 50 m away and metro 10 mins away)

Quiet and open view on the terrace

We don't know how hotels in the Czech Republic are rated but go to Lisbon at the Bessa Hotel Libertad (4 stars) and you will see the difference.

This hotel asks only to be at the top when we give all the technical and financial means necessary for the staff to accomplish their mission and maintain the standard of a "5 stars"

Nice hotel, away from the center, delicious and good breakfast (repeats every morning but there is a good variety of things), the spa is disappointing !!! Pay attention to anyone who wants a hot tub so the hot tub is under renovation and there is only a dry and wet sauna there is no pool. Friendly and welcoming staff, in the underfloor heating rooms and there is hot water all the time.

My favorite hotel in Prague. Restaurant is fabulous! Awesome views of the city from the outdoor dining area. The chef approaches michelin star quality, creative, delicious and beautifully presented plates. The menu has been shortened recently and could use another protein choice, say beef or lamb. Excellent wine list with good range. Staff are fabulous, professional and friendly. Le Palais is beautiful property, inside and out.

Pleasant historical hotel in a quiet location of the wider center of Prague, the room was nicely clean, breakfast good with fresh and tasty food, the hotel's positive is a nice, decent, and professional staff. I used the gym 2 times, it is big and spacious, it has really good equipment which was a pleasant surprise. But what really disappointed us was the SPA, where only one sauna and shower functioned, the fear was out of order. So just four stars to have a 5 * hotel in such a disastrous state of SPA, I haven't experienced it yet.
