The hotel bar is very friendly with a happy hour and a good choice of alcohol. Very nice servers too. I still regret some slowness of service but this was probably due to a large attendance. I recommend.
A very good welcome. We were able to put our bags at the beginning of the day. The reception is excellent. Despite our late return, we were able to enjoy the tasty meal, served in room at our request.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Its recently had a major revamp the rooms are modern and comfortable. Its very handy for Disneyland Paris with the free shuttle outside the door.We had a few issues this time but the staff at the hotel were excellent and helpful and resolved all in a satisfactory way. Looking forward to our next stay already!

My wife and I with the girls of 9 and 5 years we stayed 3 nights, the quadruple room was clean, fresh, with minimalist spaces but not narrow. We have never been disturbed by noise, both internal and external. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. For this level the bathroom was a little too plasticky - see the fake plastic marbles that covered the wall as well as the door. Very close to the supermarket and a few coffee shops, the shuttle bus service for the connection with the Disney parks is very convenient and punctual. Very helpful staff, pleasant stay, recommended.

A new 4-star hotel that was thoroughly maintained two years ago .. Very clean .. The price is very reasonable .. Private parking And the hotel secured it on the day 10 euros ... The day we arrived, the air-conditioner was not working and they gave us a coupon of 40 euros that we can use for breakfast or parking or anything ... Disneyland tickets we took from them for 69 euros per person .. The room is two beds

Perfect location, in front of Val d Europe. Free shuttle from / to Disneyland. 4 stars hotel, modern style & new. Private parking in the basement 10 per day and its very safe. At the day we checked in there was a problem in the air conditioning (we didn t need it since the weather was cold) so they gave us a voucher for 40 that you could use for anything you want @ the hotel. We bought DisneyLand tickets from the hotel for 69 (park only) and if you want to add the Studios you have to add 20 so it will be 89 for Disneyland Park & Studios. Beds were REALLY big (our room was twin beds). I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Disneyland Paris.
Ideal for a combination of outlet shopping and Disneyland. The hotel is opposite the entrance to the mall and there is a free shuttle bus to Disneyland for hotel guests. Many eateries around the corner and nearby. Also a wide selection of bars and nightlife. In addition to the hotel there is also a metro station. Parking is possible with the blue disk (from 9 am to 7 pm if I'm not mistaken). The shopping centers across the street also have lots of free parking spaces.
Really nice hotel, very welcome, sweet little dj salty at will with a wonderful breakfast. And the restaurant is really top, offers menus and really cheap and delicious. Next to Disney (10min) with private shuttle that takes you there every 25min. I highly recommend, quality price, it is much better than an ibis budget. I will go back there.
For 2 adult 2 kids they have 2 different standard room. Want biggest one small one you never stay. They have free shuttle to disney parks. They have parking area and charge 10 euro/day. Breakfeast is fine.

Very nice hotel, about 2km from Disneyland away with half an hour, free shuttle to Disneyland. The breakfast for 12 euros is great. Even at half past nine, everything is being refilled. There is something for everyone. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, tastefully furnished and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms are quite large and very elegant. The staff is very friendly and hard-working. Only criticism, it speaks no one German. With such a large hotel, with many foreign guests, especially from Germany, it would be appropriate, at least in the afternoon and evening, when the new guests come to explain everything in German.

We lived there for three days on May 1st. The hotel is a very good overall package from the staff and the kitchen still outstanding. Parking garage available, RER station around the corner, shuttle to Disneyland leaves in front of the hotel. If a guest really should miss something it will be fulfilled immediately. Very good and cheap hotel in close proximity to the Disneypark. Rooms are partially renovated, garage is available. Directly opposite is a shopping center, as is the train to Paris directly across the street (underground).
Great hotel located adjacent to the Val d'Europe shopping mall and the Val d'Europe RER A station (1 stop to Disneyland Paris!)
The hotel was renovated in 2018 and rooms are now modern and well furnished. The premium rooms also offer complimentary Nespresso machines and chilled bottled water.
Staff are friendly and attentive and are very diverse language speakers so you'll likely be able to find some who speaks at least two of the major European languages.
Breakfast is mostly continental but there's a good selection, but it can go quickly on busier days. The restaurant in the hotel is also very tasty and very good value for money if you don't want to deal with the hassle of getting food inside Disneyland Paris.
The hotel can be a little pricier compared to others in the area, but it's a quality product so you get what you pay for!
We have just stayed there for 2 nights and we were amazed by the decor and friendliness of the staff. We had a lot of attentions in the room and restaurant for the birthday of our daughter who was delighted. Delicious meal, perfect breakfast (we would have liked a second stomach to enjoy more). I have only tested the bar and the restaurant, but (although the prices are a bit high) the taste is there, the atmosphere too and the professionalism of waitresses and waiters. Special mention to the incredible distributor of oil and vinegar adaptable!

It is located 2 minutes from the station to reach Disneyland; and dice free shuttles available to us in the morning and evening, we are delighted.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful, hygiene measures must be observed!

Very nice hotel. The service was good and you felt well received. The hotel is clean and the location is superb. A free bus runs right outside the entrance to Disneyland. One is absolutely superb in bed, has never slept so well in a hotel. The breakfast is okay but could be better. If you take a shower, you are not very good. Besides the little things, everything is better than expected. I would probably give it 4.5 / 5 if I could.

I am really disappointed !!! We reserve for a night closing our honeymoon. Arrived in the room a little envelope and a little word ... madam and sir ... except that we are two women. In short, here is the super plus la.nuit .... a quick note. Then I will talk about the appearance of the hotel ... it looks pretty clean but to take a closer look there are two things to review. The condition of the curtains, ours are gray and big white stains are here by the ... the sink flowing after 10min ....
And the ponpon !!!! The breakfast is frankly not good. Everything was cold, there was even fat frozen on the bacon so it was a while that it was not warm. When I told the person responsible she told me that it is the children who turn off the machines ..... In fact the machine in question is in such a state that it no longer works. Then the cafe what !!!! Bad soluble coffee is outrageous. Frankly, I will not bend my feet. I do not understand so many stars!

Nice family rooms with connecting door. Quality of hotel was excellent. The rooms were not too spacious. Beds and plumbing was super. Definitely recommended for when visiting Disney. Have private shuttle service to the park. The breakfast deserves a separate mention. This was extensive and fresh. The extra items also changed with breakfast every day. Very well cared for. We stayed here for one week with our 16 month old son. The room was comfortable and tidy. The location is the real selling point for this hotel, around 10 mins on the free shuttle bus to Disney and 40 mins on the RER to the centre of Paris (station is a 2 min walk). The local shopping centre and outlet village is huge with plenty of choice of shops and restaurants, plus a good aquarium if you fancy it. Nice to walk around in the evenings.
Staff were courteous and friendly at all times.
Rooms did not have tea and coffee facilities and my wife has said the hair dryer could have been stronger. (Although this is a regular comment wherever we stay)
