Hotel l'Elysee Val D'Europe Review

We had a four days stay at this hotel and i enjoy it very much. The room big and very clean and nice good bathroom size and bed as well. The breakfast was very good and if you go to disneyland i suggest you to have the breakfast at the hotel because the food at disneyland is not very good and very expencive. The staff is very frendly and took good care of us. Thank you

A very good hotel, very classy, very friendly, very welcoming, very clean with large room. A very good restaurant and a perfect breakfast. It is a hotel close to the train station and shopping center which is perfect. I highly recommend it!

The rooms in this hotel are clean and fairly large and the staff seems very friendly. The hotel is really close to Disneyland and has a large shopping centre across the street. It also has a nice restaurant and bar. All in all, I would definitely recommend it.

If you travel to Disney without children, this hotel is a good option to have more things to do beyond visiting the parks (in 1/2 day you can do each one). It is next to the RER station that allows you to go to Paris Centro in just over half an hour. It also has restaurants around it, and a shopping center and a very large outlet.
The fact of not having amenities in the bathroom seemed strange at first, since for what you pay they should give you something more than soap and shampoo, but from an "eco" perspective I find it very good!

Hotel very good for Disney. It is 5m by RER or 10 mins by bus from the park.
The rooms are clean, modern and quiet.
The breakfast buffet is very rich and diverse.
The reception is also very good.
I highly recommend :-)

I've stayed in quite a few expensive hotels and apartments in France but none of them come as close to this hotel. It's very clean, modern, secure parking, fantastic staff, great restaurant and also it's located right opposite a big shopping mall which has a massive supper market inside it. There are also quite a few shops and restaurants around.

I stayed to go to Disney. It was easy to go to Disney because there was a bus from here. There was a shopping mall nearby and it was very convenient. The hotel is fashionable. It was a hotel that I would like to stay again.

We have just stayed at this hotel! Everything was up to our expectations. The staff very welcoming and smiling. The hotel is very nice and neat and very well located for Disneyland. Good address.

Excellent location. Next to a big shopping center with a large supermarket. Free shuttle bus to Disney from the hotel. Train station to Paris across the street.

dont even think twice, great location great service great staff there is a mall next to you , a market for grocery just around the corner, a shuttle to disneyland.
we arrived 3 hour earlier for check in and they didn t even made us wait more than 5min to get a room ready for us

We received a very good welcome from the staff. I also enjoyed his discretion during our stay. The restaurant offers very good food at decent prices. I recommend this property without hesitation!

A fantastic experience. Beautiful well cared for clean bright perfect beds. Good breakfast was 1x an unfriendly waiter but otherwise top also at the reception. And immediately parking there. A word super.

We stayed two nights in order to go to disney land. There are regular shuttles for free and we were really satisfied with the hotel. Clean, modern, good breakfast and good price. Outlet shopping, railway station and restaurants, all just next to the hotel in walking distance. We had a room without breakfast, so we paid separately for it as it is better than the one you get in the restaurants around it. They offer a buffet and you can freely choose and eat as much as you want, which is particularly good with small children. I give it 5 stars because value for money is outstanding.

Great place to stay, 5 minutes from Disneyland on the free bus service and 40 minute train ride to center of Paris. We had a lovely room for 2, which came with 2 queen sized beds!

Very nice hotel renovated recently, quality sleeping with dinner at the onion little hesitating to redo the meat to be perfectly at the urge of the customer. Wake up gently thanks to the dimmable light system and the time to take a hot shower to the reception room with breakfast that is made to satisfy both the mouths salty (british breakfast) and sweet. And most of the staff to listen, nice, smiling. I recommend so.

Highly recommend this hotel. Fresh and clean rooms, friendly staff willing to help with anything and its in a good location by the val d'europe shopping mall. Hald a lovely view of the park from our window and theres also a free bus to the park. The restaurant and bar was very relaxed and welcoming. Cant wait to return again next year.

Stayed at this hotel in October 2014 for a short trip to Euro Disney. Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and great parking facilities (indoor parking garage). Room was large and clean. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Hands down one of the most clean, efficient and beautiful hotels I've stayed in, and I've been to a fair few.

The rooms are clean and spacious and have all the facilities you can need for your base away from home. The nespresso coffee machines in the rooms are a nice touch and the bath robes are a welcome addition too.

The reception is fast and friendly and the restaurant is very nice, with quality French cuisine in offer. The service was a little slow, but then, who wants to eat fast in France?

Easy walking distance from train station, and only one stop on train or free bus ride to Disney.

Very good. We had issues with a few points at the beginning, but were all sorted out (fault in the cleanliness and in the birthday decor). In the matter of structure everything is beautiful and right. The restaurant Le George was the highlight, great food, unforgettable! More than perfect location.

The hotel was beautiful Scandinavian decor at the top. On the other hand the breakfast AU SECOURS !!! hair in jams. No good cheeses. Very limited in choice. Not good at all for a hotel of this type.
The air conditioning was weird. Either it was heating too much or cooling too much.

Very good restaurant. We are on good bistronomy at a very affordable price. Only small problem service sometimes a little long lunch

Excellent shuttle service to Disneyland Paris! Nice neighborhood and great shopping at the Val d'Europe. You feel safe here.

Great hotel, not expensive at all, really clean, bus and shuttle down the hotel, receptionist super friendly.we was really surprised by the size of the room.we were 6 people, kitchen in housekeeping, and mall at 40 meters from the hotel.

Excellent hotel! Great location with a shopping center opposite with an Alcampo. The rooms are great and big and clean. The bed is very comfortable and with a variety of pillows in the same room. Wi fi free and high quality. The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of products to choose from. Do not go down after 9 that flies the good. Free bus at the door to go to Disney in 10 min you are in the park, if you lose it you have the rer around the corner to go whenever you want. A great stay at the hotel, without a doubt if we return we will repeat !!

Very nice and clean hotel, in a great location for Disneyland. A wonderful mall dream of, "with everything", and very importantly, a Auchan useful for those needed for a vacation.

Beautiful hotel with amazingly beautiful rooms and a huge breakfast buffet.

Following the covid episode, I wanted to cancel my reservation for the month of June (the hotel closed on these dates) planned for a bachelor party (which unfortunately will never take place).
They refuse the cancellation and offer me a credit that I don't need since I would never have the opportunity to return.
After several exchanges by email, they tell me that either I'm coming to their place by the end of the year, or they take my 153 in cancellation fees.
Well done to them for the exceptional understanding they have shown in times of health and economic crisis for EVERYONE (obviously only their income is of interest to them).
In short, 0/20 customer service

Great hotel - such close proximity to the airport, to the station, to Disneyland (one stop away) and an enormous shopping centre. Staff is friendly, multilingual and rooms are clean, spacious and ideal for the stay. & they offer complimentary tea/coffee and water too! There are many restaurants and cafes around the area - the location is so so perfect! Would definitely recommend this if you are making way to Disneyland!

I stayed in this hotel two nights only. The stuff service is amazing and friendly
The room was nice and clean its the best place also if you want to go to Disney land by bus.
The bus pickup is next to the hotel 1 min walking you can also purchase Disney tickets from the hotel it self plus the shopping center is 1 min walking and the outlet is 10 min walking from the hotel.
I totally recommend the hotel and for sure if i came again in this area i will book in this hotel.

I had a great time and stay at the Elysee. Hotel that has all the qualities, being close to RER and Disneyland, spacious and comfortable rooms, a warm and professional welcome. In short I recommend and I will come back.

Good hotel (much cheaper than those on the park) that allows you to easily go to Disneyland Paris by public transport thanks to the free shuttle

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and lovely, clean rooms. The free shuttle bus service was excellent for getting to the Disney park and which literally only a 10 minute journey. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Disney!
