Good hotel and top service for Disneyland visitors with free shuttle service.

Excellent location for Disneyland. There is a good quality price relation. Next to the train station and a shopping center with Auchan. Free bus service to Disneyland.

I stayed two days at this hotel and the truth that I love, super good location to the side of the subway and a shopping center, runs a free bus that takes you to Disney in 7 min.
Very nice hotel, very well maintained and the rooms, new, clean and with everything you need, when we arrived I was a receptionist named Hans who speaks Spanish and helped us a lot and super nice.

We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. The free parking was extremely helpfull, the reception staff were excellent and could not be more helpful. We were booked into a room which had two double beds, however it did not bother us as we were still able to share a bed. The only reason I have given 3 stars instead of 5 was due to the restaurant staff. This is not including all members of staff as the majority of them were fantastic, in particular there was a waitress (Lea) who was extremely helpful, and made us feel welcomed. If this was how we were treated for all of our visits we would have given our review five stars. Unfortunatley we feel some of the staff did not favour tourists, which was highlighted on our last night by their attitude and body language.We were seated by a man who was initially pleasant towards us, however we had to wait 15 minutes to be served, and it felt as though we were being ignored. Throughout this time he could not have been more helpful towards the locals. After our mains we ordered dessert, which was two of the chocolate and salted caramel tarts. As we were eating them we noticed a table across from us had ordered the same thing but had received ice cream, when we hadn't. When we went to pay for our meal we asked a different waiter if there was a prejudice against tourists, to which he responded that it was a "good question", but he didn't know. He also added that the waiter was only temporarily with them.

The hotel was stunning. I wish our experience with the restaurant was more positive, in particular the last night. We have left feeling unwelcome.

Nothing to say. Very good, very good quality, just in front of the RER station Val d'Europe, and close to the regional shopping center Val d'Europe. This is a Disney partner hotel, so it offers free shuttles back and parks. This hotel offers free parking and breakfast for the price is really exceptional. The staff is attentive listening and caring, but some rooms still feel a little tobacco ...

The room offered everything we needed for a 2 night stay whilst we visited disney. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast buffet had a good selection and staff were friendly. The hotel also runs a free shuttle to Disney around every 30 mins, only took around 15 mins and this was very convenient for us.

Can not cut the ventilation, very noisy, impossible to sleep. Reported problem and rebelote the second night. Bed too small and hard. 3 pillows for two, why not 4? Go elsewhere.

The hotel is new. Unbeatable location, next to a shopping center and the RER station. Direct buses to Disney. Quad rooms spacious but without wardrobe. The first floor somewhat noisy by the bar. They do not put a toothbrush or toothpaste, nor accessories to shave. Very friendly staff

Loved the hotel very well located near the trains, near a shopping mall so big that I could not see everything and have been there 3 times. The four was great with bedroom and living room which had a mini kitchen with everything we need to make food until the dishwasher had it !!! The bed and pillows are fantastic (the best bed where I slept to this day and already travel to several countries in 5 star hotels). For me the hotel only have a snag being a hotel for families the kids should have access to the pool for me is the only thing I did not like !!! The hotel is close to Disney and has minivans to take us and fetch. I hope to return to Disney in a few years and I will choose this hotel again !!!

Very nice hotel, we had a very nice, quite spacious premium room with a large bathroom with bath, tv, wifi, nespresso machine, tea and water available in the room. Super comfortable bed, very clean, very friendly staff and available! We will return without hesitation.

Had an enjoyable stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception, bar and restaurant are very nice. The family room we stayed in was clean and comfortable but a little tired looking, however the hotel was mid-way through a refurbishment of the floor above so I presume the floor we stayed on will follow. The location is excellent for access to the train station as well as the large shopping centre and designer village. The hotel also provides a free bus service to Disneyland Paris.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean: two comfortable double beds and a crib. The bathroom was very nice too, with a big mirror. There was a coffee machine and kettle too, in addition to the safe: all great extras. We paid for breakfast separately, which was quite good, especially the pastries. In front of the hotel there is a big shopping centre with greats shops and a big Auchan. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Eurodisney that takes you to the park in 10/15 mins. There is also a train station, which allows wider travel, e.g. Paris. There are a few interesting restaurants in the area: we particularly liked Black Bean Chilli (Tex-Mex). Finally, we used the hotel parking facilities, which is behind a gate and in the lower ground, offering good protection, although it costs extra.

Just well located and with good price. The service can also be praised, but rooms are bad, decadent, musty and unpleasant.

Good hotel, clean, well located. The bad thing is that in the bathroom they only put a part of the shower stall, which makes it wet all over the bathroom floor. And it's also very tight, the bath part. They said they had checked in early, which also did not occur.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. 11 of us stayed here for a hen party to Disney. Not far from the train station. The free shuttle to disney was great (and not too busy as this hotel was one of the first stops) Modern rooms. Very friendly and very professional staff. They looked after our luggage while we were waiting to check in, so we headed to Disney. Comfy beds! Nice bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again!!! USB plugs in rooms for charging phones etc was a modern touch.

Incredible experience at this hotel. Impeccable welcome, smile, super explanation and room exceptionally available a little before the scheduled time. Very chic and cozy hotel decoration. Perfect room. The extra is extra pillows in a small wardrobe without having to ask and small bottles of water and sparkling water as a welcome gift. We feel very much appreciated !!! The hotel is eco responsible it's really great. Excellent breakfast. There is a huge mall right across the street (we cross the pedestrian crossing and we are there). There is a free shuttle to the Disney Park but watch out for the schedules as it does not go as frequently as a shuttle to Disney Hotels for example. On the other hand, the shuttle is punctual. Last thing we came for our birthdays with my niece: a nice touch was offered by the hotel: chocolates, balloons and a small note. In short we will return without hesitation as the price / quality ratio is unbeatable! I really had a great customer experience!

This hotel has everything you need to be in Paris this hotel has the best price the best bed the best service the best bathroom the best everything I absolutely loved this hotel I had an amazing time with my family because of it even though we were there for a short time we loved each minute of it and thank you so much the staff who were great people as well.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at a lot! Very friendly staff and most speak at least enough English to help you with most any situation. Very conveniently located across the street from both the train (RER A) and the bus pickup. Also, very close to Disneyland Paris for those planning on visiting the parks. They offer a free shuttle bus to/from the park throughout the day (and well past park closing).
