This Hotel is amazing! It's the newest Hotel in Jackson and it shows. 5 stars don't do it justice. Our first trip to Jackson will always be remembered because we had such a great experience with this hotel. The staff is so helpful, friendly and genuinely concerned that all of your needs are met. They provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The owner was fantastic! He gave us insight into some of his favorite areas of GTNP. He even offered to loan us his bear spray! It's obvious that this is a family owned hotel because the family is always there and they bend over backwards to make sure you are well taken care of. The pictures don't do this hotel justice. The decor is fantastic. Rooms are great and the bed was one of the best that I have ever slept in! The food was delicious and service was top notch. I never want to leave this place!!!! We will be back soon....

This is absolutely one of the finest boutique hotels in the country. The staff is warm, friendly and eager to please.
The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The interior design is perfect , very relaxing. There is everything you could need in a hotel, including a library .
We only spent two nights here , could have stayed a week .

I planned and organized an executive retreat at Hotel Jackson for 15 + spouses. The experience was nothing less than EXTRAORDINARY!! The rooms are beautiful! The decor is contemporary but still warm and incredibly inviting. The toiletries - l'occitane - yes it's true!! And the finest chocolates were offered as a sweet treat!! The service was second to none! And the food was to die for!! Each of the staff members we encountered were incredibly friendly and would stop at nothing to make sure we were happy! The owners personally looked after our group and made us feel as though we were part of their family. The only downfall - We couldnt stay longer and be pampered!! I would highly recommend this hotel whether you are planning a personal vacation or a business event. You will be amazed and delighted!!

The staff was very friendly. Mike, the concierge was awesome and the reason this got two stars instead of one. We wanted to check in early and they did their best to accommodate that. After being switched around 2 times, we finally ended up in our room. (The third room we were moved to)The view was just ok. There were a lot of other places in town that had much better views. it wasn't a huge deal, but the reason they gave us for switching us to the third room was the upgraded view.
Our room was pretty small considering we'd paid $400 per night. We had no hot water in one of the sinks in the bathroom. We had no hot water for the shower the morning we left. I let the front desk know this as we were checking out and she told me they'd have switched us to a room that had hot water if I'd called. I knew they would but frankly, we were tired of changing rooms.
Their restaurant, the fig, was just ok. They were a bit more expensive than your average restaurant. We spent $98 for our meal, which I don't mind if it's a spectacular meal. My meal was a chicken breast. Literally just a chicken breast. The drinks were very overpriced at $12 for a glorified mimosa and $16 for a coffee/Kahlua drink.
We left there and went to a local tavern where we ordered some delicious nachos because we were both still hungry! We won't be staying there again.

I ve been staying here for the past 4 days and I ve stayed at many 5 star hotels. This place has the best customer service I ve ever experienced!! The staff here knows how to make you feel like a king! The restaurant Figs is out of this world! If you stay here Tily, Jeffrey, Bryce, Jake, Thomas, Michael, Sydnee, and Katie are so helpful and amazing!! Even the housekeeping staff was super friendly and kept my room on point! This is the only place to stay in Jackson!!

The old Woods Hotel no longer exists, it was torn down. Hotel Jackson is a new, luxury, first class hotel which is currently under construction. The reviews on this website are dated and not related to Hotel Jackson.

I have stayed at 5 star resorts all over the world and they have all had their perks. Hotel Jackson surpasses all of them when it comes to hospitality. I don't think I opened a single door, outside of our room, for five days. The housekeeping staff are impeccable. They went above and beyond when tidying our room and for turn down. They folded our ski clothes! Layed out my contact container at night and left bottled water with a full ice bucket at turn down. It's little things like that that set you apart. The restaurant was delicious. We ate there a few times throughout our stay. If I could give Hotel Jackson more than five stars, I would. We will absolutely be back.

The room was warm - the traveler and the fact that the window was opened for the outside was a truck stopped 24/7. There is hot water and bed but about it. Useless wireless internet service. The indoor and adjacent restaurants are very bad: the green vegetables you need for the bare hands are illegal in this part of the country. Soup, fried food and food. You are on the way to where you can keep Arad with a lot of options.

Booked a room last minute here for my brothers and I as we drove across country. Thought this would be our best hotel we stay in so that we are well rested for 2 days of long driving ahead.

Awoke around 1AM to our room being 80+ degrees. Very inconvenient especially at the one nice hotel we chose to stay at and none of the other rooms seemed to experience this problem. I filled out the hotel's survey they sent me and explained the issue and the response seemed rehearsed and mentioned nothing specific from my review. If I'm paying over $300 for a hotel room I expect that if any issues arise the hotel would offer some sort of apology and at the very least an offer of some menial discount during my next stay.

Pass if you want money to be well spent.

Six of us recently stayed at the Hotel Jackson for...

Six of us recently stayed at the Hotel Jackson for what was to be a three night stay. We had three rooms- a suite at 1200$/night and two rooms at 600$/night. On the second night of our trip we went to Smokin Iron for dinner- what we were told is a hotel restaurant in the back of the hotel. We were seated by a man we later learned to be Dorion Darwiche, a self proclaimed part owner of the hotel and son of Jim Darwiche the owner of the hotel. Our waitress asked for our drink order with Darwiche over her shoulder. I asked for a beer in a bottle. He abruptly said they only had draft and when I didn't want that he rudely looked at me and said " what's the difference?" And told the waitress to get me a draft beer. He then gave us menus and told us that their food was great but they were out of almost 50% of their menu- they are a bbq place and they were out of chicken and another meat. When we said that was a problem he became agitated and zeroed in on me, one of 3 women in the group. He looked severly at me asking what was the problem then put his hand on me ,said he was Dorion a part owner and asked what the last name of my reservation was. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe with his touching me and his controlling tone, so I gave him a fake last name. So, not having received our drinks, we Decided to go to another restaurant. He told us we could not because our drinks were coming. We looked at the bar and there were no drinks so we got up and left. We went and had dinner and I was visibly upset over Dorion Darwiche's' behavior towards me. We returned to the hotel and my husband complained to the front desk manager Lyenne, who Dorion had already talked to. She said he had come to the front desk and asked for my room number...and she gave it to him! So my husband demanded to speak to the owner, his father, and he was called. Jim Darwiche and his wife denied any rude or inappropriate behavior by their son and claimed we walked out on our drink bill which was a lie. We left because of Dorion Darwiche's rude, inappropriate and threatening behavior. My husband asked to meet with him and his son and he refused. The next day we all got up and decided to leave given the incident and lack of customer service, making all of us feel unsafe, threatened and mistreated. The management staff refused to refund our money for the night and when we got our bill Dorion Darwiche had added the bill for the drinks ($18) onto our bill- we never saw or signed a receipt, never saw or received any drinks - but as owner he can add unincurred charges. Unbelievable. and having spent over $4000 for a room it was not about $18-
Dorion Darwiche and Jim Darwiche do not care at all about their guests. In my opinion Dorion Darwiche is rude, inappropriate, comtrolling and unethical in his business practices. The management staff are mere puppets of the owners and are useless. Do not stay at this hotel. Read other travelers negative reviews- there is a common theme of terrible customer service. I wish I had.

Totally loved the Hotel and Staff. This was our 3rd visit to Jackson Hole. Hotel Jackson recently opened so we decided to try out a New experience, plus being NEW helped with our decision on changing our choice of where to stay. The staff and owners were very friendly & helpful. The jacuzzi outside had a beautiful view. The afternoon cookies were delicious as well. We walked everywhere. Very convenient to many excelent restaurants. We will be back.

From the moment we were welcomed at the door, everything about our stay at Hotel Jackson was perfect! The staff is courteous and goes above and beyond to make sure their guests feel welcome. We are super picky about cleanliness and can honestly say this was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Our room was spotless and the fireplace made it super cozy! The beds were comfortable and all the linens were top notch. It is obvious the owners take great pride in their hotel. We highly recommend Hotel Jackson and can t wait to return next year!

The hotel is best in the area. Comes with a hot tub (don't forget your costume) and a working gym. The library is pretty and has free snacks, coffee and tea. All rooms come with a fire place. Ask for a room on level 3 on the right side if you want a view of the mountains. Breakfast is good. The restaurant is run by a Lebanese family. You will find lot of hummus and freshly baked bread. Free apples on each level. Did I mention that the hot tub is awesome and looks over a hill.

I won't be staying any where else when I come back to Jackson Hole. First, location, location, location. The best spot in Jackson Hole for sure. All of the best restaurants, shops and night life are within walking distance. We went skiing and snowmobiling and everything is easy to access from this hotel.
Second, the hotel is medium priced but the stay, amenities and staff are by far superior to any other hotel in the area (I would have expected to pay more). The hotel itself is modern, trendy and full of surprises. A mirror that doesn't fog when you take a hot shower, an amazing library, a "boots room" that you leave your boots in over night while the room dries and heats your boots so they are ready to go in the morning! A top notch restaurant where i literally ate the best omelet of my life. I could go on. Lastly, I save the best part. The staff goes above and beyond and is always making sure you are enjoying the stay. Dorian made this trip something my friends and I will never forget. Dorian you rock buddy! We will be back 100% and we will be bringing all of our friends and family!

Their website is really amazing, because the rooms look nothing like it. The suite my family stayed in was filthy and the lock on the door barely worked. This isn't a hotel. It's a rundown motel with a new paint job. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

First class all the way. Hotel is beautiful. Stayed in the Jackson Suite and it was spacious and well appointed. But the service was extraordinary. From the maid service to the front desk to the drivers; everyone was courteous, prompt, and professional. Haven t been this impressed with a hotel in a long time.

I was born and grew up in Jackson, Wyoming. I purchase the mountain collective pass and travel back home every ski season. Unfortunately my parents moved away when they retired. I was excited when Hotel Jackson opened up this past summer. I had to stay there on my most recent ski vacation. The decor is amazing and the rooms are stunning. The hotel offers a free shuttle to get to the slopes leaving at 8:30 AM. It is the perfect place anytime you are visiting Jackson. Its location is amazing, right near the town square in downtown Jackson. It is walking distance to many shops and downtown bars. Take it from a local, this place is something special, it has uniqueness about it that no other place in Jackson has to offer. They offer complete valet service, workout area, library, daily newspapers, coffee in the lobby, roof deck hot tub, and a fireplace right in your room. The amenities and ambiance of Hotel Jackson make me want to book it every time I go home for a vacation.

We are only 3 days into our 10 day stay at the ahh and I have to say hands down some of the best service I have ever experienced. They offer the service that you expect from a Luxury hotel brand but have an amazing boutique charm and appeal. A truly amazing place and can not recommend more!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Expect to get into a lot of obstacles when you try to work out a solution with them when you're in trouble.
Booked and prepaid the hotel from June 15-18. Due to weather problem, flight got cancelled and I was stranded in Chicago airport on June 15. On June 16 2am I found out the airline couldn't rebook me until the 17th, so I had to cancel the trip. I called the hotel several times during this process and told them the situation, the staff told me their manager wasn't in and arranged that the manager to call me on 10am on the 16th.
10 am of the 16th came and went, no phone call. I had to call them twice on the 16th morning to get in touch of the manager M. She was courteous but she sounded apathetic and condescending. I tried to talk to her in good faith and see if i could get some deposit back (at least for the night of the 18th). She rejected and told me the cliched answer that if she does this for me she has to do the same for everyone whole cancels. I tried to explain to her it is a special situation cos it's out of my control, she wouldn't listen.
I then called Expedia, and CS told me they are adamant about keeping the money but M's supervisor would call me again and offer me some credit. But again, I never hear anything back. I gave up.
To you potential customers: BE AWARE. They are your best friend when you're giving them money, but they will become the coldest people you ever deal with if you're in trouble and want to have good faith conversations

My wife and I decided to stay here for our 15th year anniversary. It s a little spendy, but totally worth it in my opinion. All of the staff took some time to get to know who we were and what we needed. They called us by our names when we saw them and they bent over backwards to make sure all was well. The rooms are decorated nicely and we felt great about the cleanliness of the room. Because it was our anniversary, they went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife with chocolates, flowers, etc... very romantic and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay for our second anniversary. Our room was beautiful and well serviced all throughout our stay. The complimentary coffee and cookies in the library were a fun treat, and we also enjoyed meals and cocktails from FIGS downstairs. The quiet and quaint hot tub deck was an added delight, as we soothed our sore muscles and enjoyed the mountain views. The concierge also arranged our private flight around Jackson Hole & the Tetons, and the valets/doormen were exceptionally kind and friendly!

We spent almost $800 for two rooms last week. The money wasn't the issue if I felt like the rooms qualify as a $400 room. The inside of the rooms were beautiful. However, the problems I had with the rooms was one faced a nasty parking lot the other a wall.

They force you to pay for valet parking since there is a three hour limit to street parking and the hotel has no public parking. We had a 0700 flight, when wewent to checked out (at 0500) and asked for our keys the night supervisor/manager could not find our keys. After 15 minutes my husband (who is a service manager at a local car dealership) asked if he could go and help find our keys so we could get to the airport. After five minutes he found our keys, they were in the wrong place.

I've paid more for rooms, I've paid less for rooms. For those rooms that I pay a lot of money for and am force to pay for valet service, I expect to have valet service find my car keys and return my car before 20 minutes. I also expect to have a better view that an dirty parking lot or a dirty wall.

If you pull the curtains and call for your car an hour before your need it you'll have a wonderful time.

This was our go-to local high-end luxury hotel when we visited the area and before we purchased a home in Jackson. We typically stay at Four Seasons, Ritz Carleton and similar categories of hotels, and Hotel Jackson is on par with all of the best options. This newer hotel is well decorated in a mountain modern motif. Excellent bar and restaurant. Excellent location in the town of Jackson, but it is away from Teton Village, and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. You will not be disappointed.

It was hard to leave the gracious service and gorgeous rustic lux interiors of Hotel Jackson! The hotel is centrally located and home to a creative restaurant/ bar that made it hard to eat out after a long day skiing. The rooms themselves are gorgeous but the amenities - like a fully-stocked and fireplace-d library and perfectly brewed coffee - put it over the top. We would've extended out stay if not for a winter storm and can't wait to get back!

Hands down best rooms, customer service, and food in Jackson! Everyone in the hotel was absolutely amazing, from helping us arrange transportation to giving other dinner suggestions than FIGS (Bison Ribeye Was great at at FIGS!). Other hotels we have stated at don't even come close. The rooms were cozy and the fireplace topped it off. Great location too (most everything in Jackson is walkable) they do have a courtesy car that will take you up to 2 miles most times of the day! Best hotel in Jackson and worth paying a little extra for. The hotel was really beautiful too. We had plenty of privacy, the rooms were just amazing (and quiet). If you are coming to Jackson, highly consider this hotel whether you're skiing or not. They make multiple trips to Jackson Hole Resort each day. Looking for a happy hotel experience? Definitely book your room here.

They recommended great restaurants and scenic drives and they were always spot on. Highly recommended!

Owners Not Ethical

Owners Not Ethical

Initially we were very excited for our stay at Hotel Jackson. The rooms are very expensive and a bit small, but they look nice. We spent about $600 a night for our room and booked for three nights. This hotel requires payment in full before your stay, which we found unusual. We now know why.

We met the son of the owner, Dorian, at the restaurant behind the hotel. The restaurant was out of multiple items and our drinks had not even been made (we had a clear view of the bar), so we told them we would be leaving but we would try them tomorrow when their menu items were replenished. He was very condescending and inappropriate in his efforts to keep us in the restaurant, which only reinforced our decision to go elsewhere for our dinner.

Dorian then went to the front desk and make the hotel manager give him our room numbers so he could charge the non existent drinks to our room! Between our group we spend thousands per night for this hotel, and this controlling, inappropriate man on a power trip really made us all feel unsafe. How is this ethical? I could not sleep that night thinking about the way he spoke to us and treated us, now knowing he had our room numbers.

Our level of anxiety over our this man's inappropriate behaviors left us all feeling the need to check out early despite their decision to keep our last night's pay. We lost thousands of dollars to be away from this man's sphere of influence. Do not stay at this place.

This hotel is simply amazing. They have a hot tub on the deck. The rooms are super comfortable with gas fireplaces. The food is amazing - the breakfast buffet will set you up right for a day on the slopes. It is right in the heart of town, walkable to everything. The staff is awesome. So friendly and helpful. Located conveniently. Interior design is very nice. A bit pretentious, but it's understandable considering the price. Service and atmosphere were impeccable. One "not so great" detail - my friend had to wait very long for her order at the hotel's restaurant FIGS. However, overall very pleasant experience.

WOW, overpriced. I know I just came to this place to visit the churches and all but I couldn't stop myself from going into a 4-star hotel that cost me $1k. I mean, the exterior was amazing and I have heard good things about this hotel so I thought I'll stay here for a few days instead of choosing a cheaper one. Jesus Christ the Saviour, was there hospitality good... The housekeeping staff literally waited outside my room waiting for me to leave ten pounced into my room and started cleaning it. It was PEFRECTO (blows kiss) but as far as how good everything else was.... mmmm. Would expect better service though.... like, come on... I didn't pay 1000 just so I can keep my room clean. Anyways, wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed here 27-31 August and were truly impressed by the first rate team the General Manager John Rutter has assembled to work here.
Every employee - the front desk receptionists, door men, concierge (Marco was incredibly helpful getting us a rafting trip), house keepers, food and beverage manager, head hostess and everybody else in a leadership position, to Mr. Rutter himself was always helpful, smiling, upbeat and knew they were all part of the team, regardless of their position.
An example of this was one night on their back deck restaurant business picked up and everybody got involved in order to ensure things ran smoothly. The head hostess, assistant general manager and the food and beverage director all started cleaning tables, filling water glasses and bringing out meals. Nobody was above helping out. This is very rare but it's indicative of a common sense of purpose and sound leadership.
Well deserved 5 star rating.
