Hands down best rooms, customer service, and food in Jackson! Everyone in the hotel was absolutely amazing, from helping us arrange transportation to giving other dinner suggestions than FIGS (Bison Ribeye Was great at at FIGS!). Other hotels we have stated at don't even come close. The rooms were cozy and the fireplace topped it off. Great location too (most everything in Jackson is walkable) they do have a courtesy car that will take you up to 2 miles most times of the day! Best hotel in Jackson and worth paying a little extra for. The hotel was really beautiful too. We had plenty of privacy, the rooms were just amazing (and quiet). If you are coming to Jackson, highly consider this hotel whether you're skiing or not. They make multiple trips to Jackson Hole Resort each day. Looking for a happy hotel experience?
