Hotel IZVOR Aranđelovac Review

A few days ago I stopped by for coffee at this hotel and these are my impressions.
At the very entrance you realize that you are entering a nice and expensive hotel ... the staff is extremely kind ... everything shines / although if you look a little closer you see that not all the lights are on the ceiling / ... the lobby bar is not for smokers, so I looked for a restaurant where smoking is allowed ... they had to show me the way there, because it's not well marked ... and there, it's just a disappointment. Sarenis, kitsch and feeling like you're in a hotel in the 70's or 80's or during communism ... a couple of club tables, then a dining area with one type of chair, another part with other chairs ... I had the impression that it was either an unrenovated part left from bygone times or a separate smoking area decorated with excess stuff. I always go to the toilet first in restaurants and hotels - in my opinion it is one of the important places for quality assessment ... The toilet is solidly equipped, although it could be better for such a facility, they are quite narrow and cramped - for fuller - quite tight, but clean ... what bothered me-the lids on the toilet bowls, which you have to lift and get your hands dirty.
All in all - solid for a break to drink coffee, at least at a time when it is cold to enjoy on the terrace.

Exceptional place, good offer of sweet and savory pancakes, which are exceptional, excellent service and extremely kind, but due to the current situation there are not many guests.

The hotel justifies 5 stars in every way. I was particularly impressed by the artistic paintings, above all the Serbian rulers and imposing chandeliers.

I have a BIG WARNING/ATTENTION: The horse riding activity is a threat to your life. Unfortunately there is no security check or emergency procedure in place. The too young instructors are uneducated and chaotic. If you have children I can't recommend it at all. Don't take this risk!

I once trained with a former world riding champion I know what I am talking about.

The accident I and my son survived is not the only one that happened. Looking back I could have broken my neck, my child could have broken a leg. etc.

The hotel was/is good. And I will go there again. Nevertheless the hotel needs to earn its 5th star first. (Some service people are top, and some are really - in plain English- lazy and have no good manners. This is not the only example. )

The hotel's VP talked to me but nothing happened so far. And a kind of excuse from them came 5 days too late.

That's why they lost among other things one star, in my opinion.

The best of the best! Beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, excellent food, exqusite service, nice rooms.

The experience at this hotel was great. Wellness, Spa and Pools are high quality. Staff is helpful and polite. Foods, drinks and rooms are also nice. Do visit this place.

Relaxing, lovely pool, spa and location... I didn't want to leave but a gal's gotta do what a gal's gotta do lol

This is our 5th time to stay at this hotel and everything was top notch, room or apartment, food, pool, service. <br/> I rate 5 based on my first 4 stays, but this 5 does not fit a 5 star bass hotel. The room is very small, with flaky walls, the shower cabin is miniature and angular, barely room for bathing, and quite worn and dirty <br/> Room 302 / B, stay over an extended weekend in November 2019

Great place for relaxation and holidays and flights and in winter. Flights to the aqua park that is a real pleasure for kids. In hotel pools with different temperatures of mineral water, saunas of all kinds, massages, relax rooms, gym and more. All in all excellent vacation and relaxation.

All praise to the staff who were trained at a high level. The service throughout the hotel is really excellent.

Extraordinary velnes, gorgeous air, tasty and delicious food, ....

The hotel is no longer for vacation and relaxation is more like a childrens' nursery. Reduced number of pool workers, especially those who should keep the order that the primitives do not jump into the water. Also, small children are brought in dew-free swimming pools and children are there there, so I'm wondering if this is a five-star hotel

Hotel &spa 'Izvor' is very nice place to spend a weekend or a longer hollydays.
Good service, excelent food,well equiped fittness center, great indoor & outdoor pools, saltroom,saunas...I really enoyed and suppose I'd come there again.

It is a pleasure to use the services in all A - hotels. Special pearls are objects in Arandjelovac and Zlatibor!

The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, but should be invested in their renovation. No warm water in the room, the cistern does not work. Food is not tasty. The indoor pool is excellent.

Small things must be mentioned. .... tooth brushes forgotten .... door to the shower cabin defective. ... the rest was extra ... service ... food ... and a basement with no defects

Good location, but pretty unhappy and unskilled staff. The purity of the room is not a stronger side.

Children's playroom is messy and not cleaned, at noon, at noon, even at 9:30 pm, the rest is great.

Well organized hotel, high level of service and definitely quality far above the price for everything you get here in a day. Clean pools and saunas, food varied and excellent, rooms clean. As a fan of SPA tourism, I strongly recommend to everyone from Serbia not to travel around the surrounding countries (Slovenia, Hungary and Croatia), but to come here. Five deserved stars.

I managed to drink a maximum of two sips of beer before the waiter poured me a little more in a glass, and I drank like in a competition. Every part for the staff, I was in the most elite hotels in the world, but I did not experience this kind of service. I m kidding, I ve been to 10e hostels, so this was really top notch. Praise.

I've been at Hotel IZVOR during the winter with a friend and I had a great experience.
Friendly staff, Big pools inside and outside.
Cool SPA; if they work, I suggest to try the funny showers.
The room was clean as for the rest of the hotel.

Abnormally high prices! Swimming pool for 4000 din ...

I was with the company Keytometals, people respected us 100% for the halls, breakfast super great, lunch even better, very nice atmosphere and helpful staff, colleagues say that the pools and sauna are very good ... all in all we felt all who the kings will come privately again

Real 5 star hotel with amazing wellness.

I was passing by and stopped by for coffee. From the way I am served and the quality of the cappuccino, you do not have the impression that you are in a 5 star hotel.

In a better hotel in Serbia I did not stay-a wonderful hotel for a quality stay with swimming pools with thermal water and a bunch of various saunas-from a salty room to a Finnish sauna!

Very nice hotel probably one of the most beautiful in Serbia. An absolutely justified categorization that is rare for us. Nice rooms, extraordinarily friendly and educated staff. They have a range of facilities: outdoor, indoor swimming pools, serious spa, aqua park, pool bar, excellent restaurant with a great kitchen. Great talk for a weekend break.

World class hotel with am amazing restaurant and pool.

It's really not ok to not even write a letter about the performance of the works, but to notify us only after payment while giving us cards from the room. Instead of using the entire spa, we stayed limited for the most part and limited to two tubs. Instead of silence and rest at the pool, we are now entertained by a welding machine, a grinder and a hammer. From a three-day stay, I hope we will at least see a day of peace. Honestly, after so many arrivals at this hotel, I didn't expect this from you. Will be next, I'm not sure.

Barely four. We're here for the fourth time. The service is still excellent, the ambience is phenomenal, but the tooth of time feels. Taste of food mild disappointment, specifically evening of interesting choice but without taste, shower in room defective, specific does not smell in the room ??? It's like losing the level ??? For this money, everything should be top-notch.
