An excellent hotel that deserves 5 stars, especially chefs who cook extremely varied and delicious food. The only reason I do not give them is that the wifi signal, at least in my room, was rather weak, because a 5-star hotel in the rooms should have at least a water cooker with free coffee, and even preferably some kind of coffee maker, and because some staff in the restaurant can give you a sense of comfort.

Clean, nice, lukewarm. The rooms are comfortable, warm, and comfortable beds. Food is diverse, fresh, delicious and everyone can find something for themselves. Pools are clean and solid velvety. The central pool does not have 30 degrees temp. Probably about 26. It's not right to write one thing, but it's different. The problem was with the Internet. The first evening I reported not working. The answer was that this is an IT problem and that they are not working now. In the morning I called twice. Only about half past two have come and about 3 have solved the problem. But he did not work again for about eight o'clock in the evening. I did not report the problem anymore. It is unacceptable that in a 5-star hotel you do not have internet in the room and that no one checked or reported that everything was fine.

There's a lot to be done to get better, but it's a lot of investment. Music on the pools of a pair of ears is noisy and with a bad sound ... Fast food restaurant can still offer a lot more, but it does not seem to know that it earns well ...

The lobby and reception area are spacious and spotless as was the spa and the pools. The room however is more of a bog standard 3* Premier Inn or Holiday Express rating so how they got the 5* is beyond me. We could just about walk around the bed to get to the tiny balcony which had two camping style fold out chairs and no table. The view was lovely though. Having come from England for a spa weekend with a friend, I was disappointed in the room. On the check-out day, we could still use the spa until 3pm, and again, the spa was faultless, but the changing room is UNISEX?! and tiny with men s and ladies toilets inside. Lacking a number of things to warrant the 5* rating don t expect to be wowed if you ve traveled elsewhere and seen good hotels. The decor is to say the least - strange- African animals in the hallway, a Beatles canvas above the bed and Roman statues around the pool. I mean, nothing that will affect the quality of mineral water, just a bit lacking style and in detail.

Overpriced for what it was - the rooms are a bit outdated - more importantly we went there for a relaxing spa break and it was anything but that . The spa was more like a children s playground and kids everywhere - very loud and crowded and near impossible to find a chair to lay down - even if you do find a chair - the hotel has loaded up the spa area To accommodate the large crowds with so many chairs that everyone is on top of each other - food was pretty decent .bowling area from the 80s was a neat gimmick

This is a proper 5 star Hotel with a fabulous spa. Most beautiful swimming pools indoor and outdoor.
The half board option is great.
The breakfast and dinners are delicious and it it is a big spread.
The rooms are very nice and properly cleaned.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting a get away from the city.
Even to travellers from abroad.
The hotels is nestled in a very green hilly area.

Arandjelovac,

Arandjelovac,
Spa with a beautiful park that has a unique gallery of marble sculptures, where you can smell the scent of linden and other plants, with beautiful park flowers, rose gardens, fountains, the chirping of birds disturbs and beautifies the beautiful ambience. There is also an alley of pine trees rising to the sky under the clouds, a century-old plane tree planted by Prince Mihailo Obrenovic in 1867, on the edge of the park is a beautiful 5-star hotel Izvor, which houses reproductions of our famous painters. Above the park rises the mountain Bukulja, rich in flora and fauna and numerous excursionists. Arandjelovac is also close to the eastern town of Orasac, where Vozd Karadjordje comes from, and Oplenac.

This is a 4 star hotel, definitely not 5 star. Rooms are small, furniture old. Bath towels are small, there are no face towels.
There is variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Interesting fact is that they don't serve Aleksandrovic wine for some reason.
Indoor pool is big but busy, it is hard find a chair. Overall it is OK, but don't expect 5 star.

Good clean hotel. Service is world class, Excellent pools, saunas, wellness... great food and of course wines. My recomendation Souveren from kings wineyards and Tarpo from vinery Vrbica. Do not hesitate to experiment, this is famous wine region. Go out for pork or lamb "sa raznja" (from the pole - prepared on open fire) in some "pe enjara" (usually small restourant with few tables serving only this food in form of fast food) If they have try lamb soup "jagnje a orba".

Luxurious, comfortable, comfortable. Extensive ambiance, zilion content, top-level wellness and spa center. Directly to the hotel is a beautiful arandjelovac park, decorated and rich with sculptures, mineral water sources and Bukovicka spa. Prices are appropriate for the SOURCE. Compliments for a rich study cuisine. All recommendations from us

Big disappointment, we stayed in a room with a window overlooking the terrace we shared with guests from the next room ??? !!!! So no privacy .... The bedding had yellow spots ... Spa zone inflow, too many guests, half the contents were not working, the highlight was when I saw a man hugging and then spitting in the pool ... Of course there was no one nearby to reprimand or expel him ...

The spa was ok, we had a lot of options to choose from - various saunas, pools, and relax areas. Everything was clean.
The food though, was not that great. We got food on plastic plates, with plastic coutlery. The service was super slow.
