We had the option to simply switch over from the other Holiday Inn hotel in St. Laurent (very close by) because there was construction work going on there.
We didn't even have to express any dissatisfaction directly. For this reason, we spontaneously spent our stay in Nice at this Holiday Inn. And we were given an Exclusive Room (wouldn't be necessary at all). The fact is: the whole team was so very accommodating and nice! The location is great. You are in the city in 5 minutes and also very close to the promenade. Also a good connection to the neighboring cities for day trips, for example to Monaco or Cannes. Very, very recommendable!

The staff is responsive and professional. I had a good stay.
Rooms are of a decent size.
The only issue I had was the noise. It is a central hotel, so that includes the street fuss. A part of that, it is a good hotel.

Good location. Just the service is not comprehensive. For example, instead of changing slippers every day. I didn t make up the slippers and I didn t make up the cotton swab. The garbage bag was not replenished. For a double occupancy, the coffee has a caffeine and no caffeine twist.

A very good hotel, the rooms were super, clean the service simply top. At the reception vicenzo welcomed us very nice, professional and with a smile. Such a reception is not easily forgotten. We were very satisfied with our stay and can recommend it to everyone.

The parking at indigo was 28 per 24h and that was too expensive, so we decided to use Interparking Grimaldi which cost about 15 if you book several days directly. 3 minuts from the hotel.

Location is good and staff was nice but when i stay in a hotel it all comes down to 1 thing... can i get a good nights rest? Unfortunatly thats not what we got.

Making a last minute reservation we got given a room that was adjusted for handicap people, so we had alot of space. But here is where it starts: there is an emergency exit light shining bright green in the room! Couldnt turn it off or even cover the light with 2 dark towels, the windows hold back almost no sound from outside so you might just as well sleep with open windows. And last... and definetly worst, the bed was all broken, i had things pushing in my ribs and there was a slope on the matrass from the peiple begore me that made me roll out of bed...

It is already 3 times that we return to this hotel, the choice is for cleaning, large rooms, large beds, comfortable bathrooms with bidets (for an Italian it is basically), in the center and near the station. The professional and courteous staff. I would recommend it without doubt

V hospitable staff excellent location right in the city centre great bakery close by. Breakfast was not out of the world but expected. Should have eaten out. Reasonable pricetag. Let us keep the bags though checked out and even let us use the restroom as we had a baby to feed

We were upgraded on arrival to a larger suite, with a welcoming array of fruit. We were given an environmentally good option of no room service to gain 500 points per day.
However, the restaurant wasn t open a lot of the time, didn t offer 15 meals. Breakfast at 20 each looked poorly cooked and over-priced.
In an American chain hotel, it had one TV channel in English (5 in Arabic?, several in Russian)
Our one opted for room service, didn t make the bed properly, didn t replenish soap, and was one towel short.
Nice staff, not managed for good service!

The room was okay. The bed was very comfortable. The Windows had black out curtains. The room was clean. My only complaint is the tub and shower. The shower head was all corroded and rusted and was akin to an outdoor shower on the beach. It made showering very uncomfortable as the blast from the rusty shower head was full force.

This post is quite belated as I had lost some paperwork with names of staff at hotel on it. In July, I had enjoyed a four day break with my two sisters in Nice. We got to airport on Saturday 8th July (evening) for our EasyJet flight home. We were told our flight had been cancelled and various reasons were given and, to our dismay, we were informed that the next flight back to Liverpool was Wednesday 12th July. After being at airport 3 to 4 hours, of which there was chaos with all passengers trying to get home, which is a long story, we had to accept that we were not going home until the following Wednesday and EasyJet were putting us up in hotels for the next four nights. This may seem wonderful to some people reading this but it totally messes up your plans at home and your work as a lot of phone calls had to be made (especially regarding work) as you knew you were letting people down. Now I will get to the review. We were allocated The Holiday Inn. From the arrival to the departure we were treated so well by all the staff. The names I would like to mention are - Silvia, Sophia and Ivan. They were absolutely wonderful. They understood the plight we had been put in and made our stay like home from home and I can't thank them enough. The hotel itself is clean, well equipped and with a good variety of food. It is also ideally situated for everything in the heart of Nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. A big thank you to Silvia , Sophia and Ivan

Spacious room and attentive staff. However, the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived late! We had to make several complaints during our stay. The hotel is under construction as well as the boulevard adjacent to the hotel.

A decent hotel only 10-15 minutes away from the action. I had a weird experience with my electrical conversion charger that I have used successfully another hotels kept causing the circuits in my room to go out. The hotel blamed my charger but afterwards it worked fine everywhere else... strange situation since the hotel cannot even lend me another charger either

After our flight got canceled we stayed at this hotel. The room was great, and had a nice restaurant. The location was very good, just a few mins walk and you were at the beach. But what really made the stay perfect was the friendly and helpfull staff. Would without a doubt recommand this hotel.

Nice home. Staff very smiling and friendly. Rooms leave much to be desired at the service level: curtains with traces of dirt. Very expensive mini bar. Bathroom accessories (soap, towels .....) at a minimum. Otherwise you have to claim them every day along the stay. Breakfast too expensive for what it is. Very complicated climatic programming. In short is more than a 2 or 3 stars. Next time I will go to Ibis. Because despite the work in the street and the lack of cooking there is not even the shadow of a promotion. !!

A fairly modern-looking glass and concrete building from the outside, although the inside felt less so. Although there may have been some updating works going on, with the ceiling missing in the lift foyer and the carpet in the lift pretty worn. Sleeping experience was fine, helped by the curtains crossing over to block out external light. The biggest problem in my particular room was the door - the internal lock mechanism on the door did not turn, so wasn't sure whether the door was indeed fully locked when closed; and the door latch was also poorly attached to the door jamb (having been clearly moved previously at least once before) and ended up pulling out of the jamb entirely. I didn't have the chance to try the food. Very helpful staff at reception. Be aware, that even if you think you've paid for all your accommodation in advance, you will probably still be hit with the tourist tax at check-out on top. Feels like an annoying way the authorities have implemented that tax, but seems like that's the way it is.

The location is great, just a fairly quick walk to the beach and old Nice, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room is nice, with two beds, a few chairs, a TV, complimentary water and a snack, a mini fridge stocked with some items you can purchase, and there are complimentary kits in the bathroom (for nails, shoes, a needle and thread, and some make-up pads). Only downside is that there is currently construction in the next lot, below my window.

Nice (pun intended) hotel in a safe neighborhood, close to everything, beautiful view from the windows that you can open (!), friendly staff that's speak English well, clean rooms, good breakfast - all for a reasonable price.

Beware of the ongoing construction though! We woke up at around 8:30 every morning to the sound of the hummer & drill. Staying and relaxing in your room during the day is not feasible due to the construction noise. Front entrance is closed (see pictures), use side entrance instead.

Hotel located rather near the train station than the promenade. The rooms are ok and quite comfortable as well as the bathroom.
The environment is a little noisy.
The breakfast is not the standard of a 4 star despite a friendly staff.
