Hotel Gotham

Absolutely fuming.!! , I paid for a Directors room for a worker of mine as a gift for his hard work to be found that they cannot check in without my card present, there was no where to add the people names who were staying in the rooms whilst booking. Further more so called 'Manager' Ali Bamehrez was rude and unhelpful, perhaps a job at a till in a low cost shop would be better suited for his management skills. I have stayed here many time and though it would be a perfect gift, I'm embarrassed having now to get refunded so my staff can pay for the room themselves so they can actually get in,... NEVER AGIAN -

Went for birthday meal absolutely love it the staff from the front entrance to the staff in the the restaurant was so friendly they couldn't do enough for you.

Loved the experience afternoon tea and drinks lovely staff will return would love to stay overnight on a girly night out but very expensive but I have recommended to friends and family Thankyou Carol

Lovely decor, friendly pleasant staff. Tasty afternoon tea. The cakes were delicious. However the scones were dry and the sandwiche fillings were on the stingy side.

This place is amazing. Staff were so friendly and professional and catered to all your needs. Food (room service) was perfection both in presentation and taste. Shower fantastic, very clean too. Decorated exceptionally. Will definitely visit again.

It was my friends wedding today and all the staff was top notch. Especially in the bar area, They were polite and attentive. Even though they were short of staff they tried their best to accommodate everyone. Lasma in particular was very lovely.

Went for a three course meal with my wife. The hotel is amazing, as soon as you walk in, its like you have won the lottery and this must be how the other half live. Made to feel special, staff couldn't be anymore helpful and attentive. We had a drink on the terrace bar which was wonderful. The food was excellent, what a place. Look forward to returning soon.

Hotel Gotham is an absolutely amazing experience and an absolute MUST DO for anyone who socialises in Manchester. My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon on one of the three roof terraces. The staff were incredibly professional, polite and knowledgeable. The drinks and food were out of this world, with the staff even making a custom mocktail for myself as I don't drink. Absolutely brilliant, 11/10!!!
