Awesome! So excited to come back! Got this resort for a excellent price at . I love this hotel and I'm extremely grateful I stayed at my favorite place for less than what I generally spend.
Great value for money. Very kind and attentive staff. Rooms are large and we were granted an upgrade in order to have connecting rooms - attentive and kind gesture.
Spectacular hotel. Marble lines every room and even the elevators.
Our room was upgraded to a luxury suite. Which had amazing views.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable.

Visited Rome in October 2018. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay. The concierge was helpful. They booked a trip to the Vatican and recommend a nice place for dinner that was walking distance from the hotel.
Absolutely beautiful property with a great location very close to Termini station. I had a huge room in the older section and it was super quiet. Very upscale. Great service all around. Would definitely stay here should I find myself in Rome again.
Check-in: Very exquisite hotel and the service from our receptionist was first class. So kind and friendly never experienced anywhere else in the world.
Rooms are not too big but very comfortable. Very disappointed that the TV is very small and I can't catch any football channels. This is very important for me... (tbc)
Ok so after voicing a bit of disappointment, the hotel moved us to a more superior room and I must say I am very impressed by this.

Awesome hotel. The service is excellent. It's in the perfect location. It's close to everything. The rooms were nice, the meals we ate there were some of the best we had. The staff is very helpful. The concierge where super helpful as well. It was everything we we're expecting.
I would give this a 3.5 but will round up to a four since I can t. I liked the location (quite close to the train station and short walk to many restaurants and sites). The lobby is quite pretty and has space for small meetings or relaxing with a cappuccino. The rooms were quite large. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were huge (biggest sink/counter area i have seen). The water pressure was great. Shower design needs some work as the water tends to fly out. The rooms look a bit dated and out carpet had a creepy stain, but the location, service, and size of the rooms make up for it. Overall nice hotel that I would go to again when in Rome.

Nice nice nice. The bar staff was great! Hats off to Yuri and Max. Great guys. Room was beautiful. Dinner was fantastic. Definitely will return.
