Hotel Europe Playa Marina Review

Was a bit surprised by the service received from this hotel.. in a bad way. For anyone travelling as a couple, make sure to state that you would like to have a double bed instead of 2 single beds. Apparently they only have 10 double beds in the hotel. We booked a superior DOUBLE room with sea-view. The hotel didn't tell us we were going to have two single beds. Instead they made us pay in advance and when complained about this, they said very rudely that our room was nice enough and that we shouldn't exaggerate. I don't know about you.. but anyone travelling as a couple would mind having two single beds..The floor was still very sandy when we first came in and the shower amenities were very minimal (2 tiny bottles of shampoo, when this ran out, we received sachets with soap). The rest was OK.

A beautiful hotel with lovely service and in a beautiful setting, would highly recommend.

A super nice hotel in a great location. Staff was super nice and German speaking and the food was delicious. Club sandwich by the pool with sea view is nothing more. Everything was super clean whether in the hotel or in the rooms. We will definitely be back next year

Simply beautiful. A hotel that offers what its 4 stars mean. The location is unbeatable. The rooms The spacious and bright rooms. It is best to have breakfast or dinner watching the sea. I leave some photos. I recommend it at 100x100

We spent 3 nights here. The view from our room was great and the breakfast buffet had a large selection. The Room was clean, however felt very old in decor. The reception staff were helpful, however seemed sick of their job and not so friendly. It's not close to the centre of town. We liked that there was a bathtub in our room.

Amazing chill place to relax in the sun by the beach, enjoy great food and enjoy the sea.

Great view, staff and breakfast buffet but everything else was subpar. No air conditioning. They charge for every little thing you might normally get at other hotels. A bucket of ice was 2 Euros. They charged a daily fee to use the in-room safe. Tiny rooms and poor shower design so the water got out of the tub area everytime it was used.

Hotel with good location and great views. We are now the second time here and have booked two double rooms. Unfortunately, the hotel was only one room reserved as we have found on arrival, we could still get a second double room unfortunately the rooms are quite far apart and the second room was not quite clean and much smaller than the other, the shower totally calcified and after showering the whole bathroom is wet weill the water splashes everywhere except where it should. Breakfast has a good selection but unfortunately not clean glasses with stains, cups with coffee stains and dishes and plates with egg and other spots and that almost every day you have no appetite anymore. The price of the two rooms is still the same, I feel that this is not justified. The pool of the hotel is quite small and unspectacular, you feel like swimming on the presented plate, you could beautify the pool area with palm trees and more umbrellas.

I Was here for a two day work trip, Poor reception staff during after hours and rowdy bus tour guests. Room had partial sea view although, full sea view was requested. Wifi almost inexistant with speeds less then 0.5mbps. Rooms ok, breakfast ok minus the horrible coffee and powder juices. The only positive memory is the direct access to the sea front. I will be in palma every month but won t be coming back here.

Fantastic hotel, one of the best for services and staff. The breakfast was like being on a cruise ship. The staff especially Ariana at reception and Joshua could not have been more helpful and it was end of season but the went out of their way to make our stay the best, they even put on the rugby semi final. Thanks to you all.
