The hotel was absolutely amazing. Our upgraded room had an amazing location with a hot tub on the deck overlooking the sea. Our meal at the rooftop restaurant was top notch including super attentive service. Every member of the staff were professional and courteous.
We just came to the bar for a drink, didn t stay at the hotel. It s such a great bar for aperitivo or sunset drinks, with nice waiters. Good cocktail menu with some interesting concoctions, and nice wine. Really recommend coming here over the other more well-known rooftop bars!
Great hotel! Great location with amazing views. Everyone was friendly, helpful and they serve a nice spread for breakfast too.

Lovely, charming, excellent service! We loved this hotel! Stay in the Sponda Suite. Its the best view in town. We would stay here again and again! Tony serves baby cappucini and the breakfast buffet is delicous. Go now! And they have space for your car if you reserve ahead.
Technically this is a review for the apartment owned and operated by Eden Roc but since the services are carried out by Eden Roc and it's employees I decided to leave my review here.
The staff at this hotel are world class and the service they provide, the same. A few highlights of this service are as follows:
-Arranging secure parking in a very busy city with very little parking.
-Delivering items forgotten in the car while we were out (they even cleaned a few plates from our breakfast when they dropped the items off!)
-Pick up at checkout so that we could use the hotel pool with our last hour in Positano

Great room, spectacular views and very attentive service. Covid precautions are evident but very non intrusive. Heartily recommended!!
Born of the sea... Eden Roc is the seaside hotel of choice for the reasons that you choose Positano, the view, the service, and the food.
Rooms are elegant, and the staff make your stay palatial. When you feel like they care, the stay is a promise to return.
While you can't fly into Positano, they arranged the car to pick us up in Naples.
Driving south for an hour in a half, we arrived at 8pm. Check- in was perfect. The room stellar. Dinner reservations at the restaurant, Adamo and Eva, was moved and the concierge went up to personally take care of the change. Server and sommelier made an excellent meal amazing. And we spent one full afternoon just watching the ocean from our balcony.
Just like all of Italy... bring your walking shoes. In minutes, you are walking down to a blue-green ocean. Shopping is all around you... but stay here.
As a side note, Pascal at the front desk is amazing. He worked both evenings of our stay, and we will return because we more than found a great hotel. We made a friend.
5-star dinner. Excellent & forthcoming service, perfectly prepared lobster and of course - the unobstructed view on positano bay. May ask to be seated in the front line...
