I dont know, maybe it was just me, but I think that hotel of this category need to remind their employees (not all of them, just some, mostly from security and housekeeping) that guest comes first, even if they don't like them. Also, if they are not capable of taking in big groups, then they just shouldn't do it at all. Hotel looks nice, and cozy, but several employees really ruin it with their behavior. One more thing, if there is "all you can eat buffet" make sure there is enough food for all guests. I meet several people that work there, who know how to do their job. They are reason why I give 2 stars instead on 1.
