Terrible ... I paid for a 4 star ... I received a 1 star service .. Both pools without a Lifeguard .. Dirty and smelly .. Not to mention the precarious platform on the sea with only one lifeguard ... Absolutely NO

Superb hotel with an exceptional view of Taormina, beautiful gardens. Most rooms are real suites. Only fault: the flow of water and its lukewarmness.

I had the pleasure of staying in this magnificent resort with my she, full of features and breathtaking views .. we stayed one night and it was fantastic, from the reception to the Spa but in particular I turn to the restaurant and kitchen where I have I had the pleasure to speak with the chef. The table service was great and fast. A special praise goes to the waiter Rosario who very kind and professional in his ways of doing helped my her to clean a fish and recommended a very good bottle of wine "Maria Costanza" .. what to say unique experience !! Nice view, staff not up to scratch, restaurants to avoid

Old not ancient. A trip between the room is the restaurant and a walk to swim in the sea.

Good hotel, good service and gastronomy, good wine, everything in abundance, nice atmosphere. Take rooms with balconies on the sea side, beautiful view of the sea. One note; the hotel is not a good choice for mothers with children and disabled people because there are high approaches .
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to beautiful Taormina.
Do not leave shipping cards at the reception because I left it on 09/17/2017
8 cards with stamps stuck to Poland, Germany and Belgium and none of them arrived. Why?

Structure in good condition excellent staff, ready available. We spent beautiful days, we were almost 400 and thanks to the large spaces and the excellent organization everyone found a way to have fun and relax.
From the Reception, to the Restaurant passing through the Bar of the two wonderful swimming pools we found wonderful and kind people of each of them I bring home a beautiful memory, the legendary Paolo of maintenance like all the others ready to do even what was not his responsibility as long as he guests were happy.
The Resort is rightly rated 4 stars, and fortunately, otherwise few could afford such a beautiful structure.

Groupon for stay from 11/04/2018 to 13/04/2018 at the wonderful structure full of potential unknown to us .. We spent three fantastic days it seemed as if there were only us inside this mega structure .. pampered very well it almost seemed that I was not in our Sicilian land as it is not normally easy to find beautiful structures like this and really kind and professional staff .. I will definitely be back .. to enjoy the fantastic pools; the fantastic sea; the splendid panorama sitting comfortably on the terrace of the rooms .... Believe me that also it is really a structure to visit .. they managed to make me relax so much that I didn't want to go home ... The prices are right. Inside the structure there is also a restaurant where we ate very well and here too the service was excellent ...

BEAUTIFUL EVERYTHING ...... I will return in the summer to enjoy the fantastic nightclub well known for its splendor and the careful selection of the people who frequent it ....

The place is beautiful, but the hotel's potential is not used. Dirt in the room and especially in the bathroom and crumbling accessories, inadequate food supply after less than an hour after opening the restaurant, missing coffee at breakfast every day, arrogance especially of male staff in the dining room, mold and pool deposits, absolutely no orientation system in a large area . At the reception staff is excellent, but there is no sunshine, which can be expected in Sicily, at all, air conditioning is either there or is off to save?
The reputation of the hotel is given by the recommendations, but we cannot give it, we would never go there again.

Room with sea sight. It alone is worth the stay, truly gorgeous.

Staff as you can expect from such a structure: professional, kind and nice. In particular, the meter of the dining room was also a humble person (imagine that he was dressed like a normal waiter) and was also able to perfectly manage the change of room during the evenings when it rained and from the open to the inside room.

In this particular period the buffet has been beautifully converted into a table service which satisfies expectations and appetites.
If I really have to find the black spot a little more maintenance, but you know it is also a particular time of the year.

Beautiful place truly unique location with breathtaking views. Too bad that it is a bit neglected, perhaps the management is in difficulty, despite everything they are being done but it would take a little more staff. Comfortable rooms with wonderful views and always perfect, clean and tidy. The property could offer a lot but at present it's only great as a sleeping room.

A TRUE DECEPTION
We booked through the agency for the ROMANTIC EVASION package which included accommodation + dinner + wellness path with Kneipp pools, Scottish shower, aromatherapy tub, flotation tank, drainage tank, sauna, hammam, relaxation area and herbal tea room. I specify that all this was reported not only in our brochure, but also on the hotel website and in the brochures at the hotel. After making agreements by phone about the time in which to make the wellness path, we introduce ourselves to the reception where the girl in front of us confirms the time. We settle in the room and go to the Spa. The poor girls welcome us and present us what we paid 150 euros per person for ... Of the tubs that have nothing on the Kneipp path ... Only jets of water but no pebbles ... 3 different types of tubs .. Cold, lukewarm and hot water in which the hydromassage nozzles are also broken ... Where half of them worked ... Where I am missing this. The flotation tank smelled bad. Many classic showers ... Of the beds to take herbal teas ... And the outdoor pools ... To our question about where the sauna and the Turkish bath were, we are told that ... The Turkish bath is broken and the sauna is not has existed for years. We went to the reception to speak with a manager who obviously is not there ... We ask to have an appointment for the next morning before leaving the hotel requesting a refund. In the evening we go to the restaurant where we were supposed to have a candlelit dinner ... Needless to say, we still wait to see the candle. It was a dinner where those who did not have the package ate buffet, while we had table service. Good food ... Too bad for the risotto, good but practically raw flavor. We decide to sit at the tables outside after dinner ... Old and broken chairs. In the morning we settle down to leave the room and I realize that I am not alone in the bathroom ... But an animal, a cockroach or what it was ... It was blissfully on the door jamb. We go to the reception to speak with the manager, a manager, someone who takes responsibility for managing an immense structure ... And we are told that it is Sunday and they cannot even be called. They offer us a dinner as a refund ... As if we wanted to cross Sicily again to return there. We reiterate our request for reimbursement and they refuse to say they leave the names so they would have refunded us no one knows how. Having no confidence at all and seeing the categorical refusal to speak with a manager ... Let's call the finance guard. And that's where the lady at the reception starts making a round of calls, because now it's finally possible. So at the suggestion of the finance guard, we have a sheet in which they undertake to pay the wellness program (which was 35 euros per person if I remember correctly). We decide to go anyway to the nearest financial guard ... It is by connecting during the trip, I see that they have deleted the word "sauna" from everywhere on their site ... Too bad that on Facebook and Instagram it was still possible to find these packages . In any case, they tell us that we can contact the competition guarantor. Because you can't sell something that you don't have at the expense of other structures. In the end they only refunded us 40 euros. It is a real shame because the structure is really huge, so much so that you have to travel with the car. The view is breathtaking, you look out from the balcony and you can only say Wow ... But you can't fool people, it's not fair. We had gone there to celebrate my birthday. But in the end we only felt cheated. We went away disappointed, very disappointed ... But definitely clean, after 90 minutes of showers.

I have been to this hotel for a lunchtime eighteenth. The reception was great, the service fast and the food very good. We had to do all this by the pool but due to bad weather we moved everything to an indoor room. A good experience.

Breathtaking panorama. Friendly welcome, clean and comfortable room. Bathroom without suction fan. Wifi present but not working.
Lots of little things to fix. Restaurant with a decent level buffet. The flaws are compensated for by the beauty of the places, by the well-kept greenery, by a comfortable lift that takes you to the sea in an instant. Recommended

The very characteristic and suggestive position is obscured by the lack of attention to detail. WiFi in the room does not work. And even if on qst you can fly over thinking that on vacation you could do without the internet, certainly you can not overlook the complete lack of music in the spa during the journey and, dulcis in fundo, the noise of the engines of the spa in the relaxation area. It's a lovely place that needs more attention.

Nice location, good food and friendly service. It is also quiet, which is very nice.

Kind welcome upon arrival with the receptionist Carmela, we were accompanied by the mythical Concept that Cicerone gave us, excellent hotel recommended!

The hotel complex is located on three levels, any movement inside the hotel requires physical preparation. It is not suitable for the elderly, and even for young people it s hard to climb the mountain. There is a transfer to the room, but this is not very convenient. The hotel itself has not been repaired not necessarily worked in the room or air conditioning or a shower or a tank. The food was good and in sufficient quantity.
