Jonathan Fleming is the man with all the answers! Not only is he an experiences and established real estate agent and broker, property manager, and accomplished author, but he is also an authority on the Bay Area housing market, a self-proclaimed tech head, a consummate professional, and a super nice man. A few years ago at the worst part of the housing slump a friend of mine needed to sell his house in San Francisco. The timing was unfortunate, but it could not be helped. Jonathan helped advise him on some options, and helped him to make some very hard decisions. My mother designed, and built some property in the late 70 s. She now lives in one of the units and rents out the others as part of her retirement income. Even though she has managed this property for 40+ years, there is always some new situations or new law that needs to be addressed. Recently, we had a group of men that wanted to rent out one of our units. We did not have a clause in our lease to account for 4 non-related tenants. Jonathan helped us find some wording which made each tenant individually and collaboratively responsible for the rent; protecting both the tenants and my mother. We had another situation with a tenant that refused to pay his rent on time, and who was vandalizing the property. Jonathon help guide us through the process of relieving ourselves of this nuisance tenant: from giving proper notice, to the potential eviction process. I have referred several friends to Jonathan when they were looking for rental property in the Bay Area. As a property manager, Jonathan knows the market and the tenant/landlord rules and requirements. He is able to help the landlord minimize downtime between rentals and he is able to match quality prospective tenants to their new home(s). Jonathan has represented clients in the process of selling and buying homes all throughout the Bay Area.
