Hotel BUGAMBILIA HERMSILLO Review

It is a comfortable hotel, but somewhat neglected and it shows mainly in the maintenance of its facilities.

Good service but very improvable facilities. A renovation is convenient. Bed mattress too rigid, in the bathroom there is no hair dryer, the window does not close well and too much air passes. When I was cold and the noise of the street could be heard.

It was the worst stay in a hotel. It seemed avencindad. Noise all night and all day. The fourth is not said. From the pillows to the shower, K flooded the entire bathroom and went out into the room. I almost fell .. there is horrible noo !!!!

WiFi was poor. If you got a connection it was only for about 5 minutes.
Beds are very hard. Pillows are old and stained and provide no support. I needed all 4 in the room under my head to be a single pillow at home.
Room keys are only programmed for a single night. Didn't realize that until the second day after spending 12 hours at the Ford plant, on my feet, to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor.
No elevator for older people with bad joints.

One star goes to the excellent restaurant and their staff.
Parking is near the bungalow rooms with no signs to go to check in. Restaurant staff took their time to show me where check-in was in a different building with little to no markings out front that it was the actual Hotel.
Provided towels are old and tattered and frayed. One hod holes in it. This would be a shop rag at my house, not a guest towel.

Large room, hot water, wifi, pool, cable, affordable price.

The hotel needs maintenance, the rooms look old but they are very spacious, the bad thing is that the beds are very hard. On the other hand, the employees are friendly :)

Personally I like the establishment. It is a very tourist area where it is located, I live near there and the boulevard is always very clean in general. I loved the pool and the very gentle employees.

In general the stay was good, I stayed 2 days, every day in a different room. I have to comment that the first day the pillow had no cover, the second yes, but I was distrustful, because of what happened the first day, so I wrapped the pillow with my shirt
