Hotel BUGAMBILIA HERMSILLO Review

Clean facilities, but lack maintenance and remodeling. The room that we touched with a slightly strong smell due to carpet / wood. What could be improved immediately is the customer service at reception. The lady at the reception was somewhat impolite.

Simple but comfortable at a great price, the pool does not convince me

The reception's attention was not very good. They charge you $ 100 of deposit up for the control of the TV that you return them when leaving. And a towel in the bungalows was almost black from how dirty they left it.

I loved the hotel it is good to spend the night, the pool is good, the receptionist and staff very good, the rooms clean, they smelled fresh, the breakfast DELICIOUS !! Very well located.

Very bad service I do not recommend it at all, divert my travel route to stay there for the pool and breakfast included, I stayed there we went to breakfast and they gave me the plates in hand they came to me they threw the glasses, they lifted me from the table and they changed me, when I wanted to go to enjoy the pool it was out of service, if they had warned me that the pool would not be available I would have stayed in another hotel. I lost my time and my money. When I told the lady at the desk, she tells me that she can not solve anything. That courage. I will never go back there.

Terrible service, I had made a reservation through Booking 15 days in advance and upon arrival they gave the rooms to another group. With so many options around, this one isn't worth taking a chance and booking.

Small rooms, the water fails, there is a lot of noise, but in spite of that it has a good location and if you only use it to spend the night it is perfect
