Beautiful structure located in a strategic place in the city. Warm and comfortable environment. Beautiful rooms, the right size without being too small to be suffocating nor too large to be "cold". I was fortunate to have a room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the view was breathtaking.
The hotel is structured on several floors, with a wellness area and beauty treatments in the basement, which houses whirlpools, saunas, Turkish baths, a small gym and a large and beautiful relaxation area with a huge window that offers an enchanting view. on the imposing mountains.
Ground floor a nice restaurant with excellent dishes and typical dishes, in some cases revisited to be more contemporary.
On the same floor, reception and bar overlooking a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy aperitifs or drinks.
The staff is very kind and always available, very nice and affable the owner.
There is a small private car park abroad and 2 Tesla charging stations.
The hotel also gives the opportunity to bring their pets and offers them pillows and bowls.
Definitely to be recommended.

We were guests from 23/7 to 26/7/2020 at this hotel discovered by chance. Arrived we found a staff and a manager prepared, friendly and extremely available to accommodate any request.
The director is also very prepared to recommend the various activities to be carried out during the day from the softest to the most demanding ones (congratulations)
The rooms, at least ours with spectacular views towards the mountains, were spotless and pampering, and the well-kept and clean wellness area was also beautiful. I forgot the hotel is located between new Sappada and old Sappada in a point in my strategic opinion even for those who do not like to walk a lot. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxed and carefree holiday like we experienced

The hotel is located in the center of the village, but within walking distance you are immersed in nature. Typical mountain hotel where the strength is the kind and prepared staff. A really bad experience!
Made telephone arrangements the night before with a confirmation email for a half board room and wellness center included (95 euros each)
Arrived the next morning. We discover that we are the only guests of the hotel ... therefore Hotel freezing, not heated, freezing room that warmed up around 20.
At 4 pm I inquired about access to the spa ... I am told that it is closed .. How closed ?! But what if the wellness center was included in the email ?!
We go to dinner and they prepare the table for us in the bar because, since we are only 2 guests, the restaurant has not been heated.
A bit of healthy HONESTY would have allowed them to inform us the night before of the situation and of all the missing services, thus giving us the possibility to choose a hotel more suited to our expectations. They were the only two days that we could allow ourselves and they made them really to forget for how much we felt fooled and deceived, of course ... Always with a smile on their part!
Sad, impersonal room, with two bed bases leaning against a headboard, old bathroom, ... Bad ...

Hi, I stayed for a few days. I was convinced that there was a babysitting service for the children, but my daughter, when she was not four, was not included ... so it was impossible for my husband and me to go to the Spa ... and going there alternately did not make us happy at all ... let's face it, if we had known before we would have chosen another hotel that maybe cost less and in the evening would have had different options from passing it to bed to watch TV ...

Wonderful staff, really kind and very helpful. Very nice and quite new Welness area! Overall a bit dated, but very clean and located in a convenient area for the Nevelandia playground, but it disappointed us a bit! Our room on the third floor quite large and with a beautiful view, we practically had the mountains in the room! I reiterate and emphasize the kindness and courtesy of the staff that made us feel at home. If you want to find something that's wrong, maybe I'd say a little about breakfast to improve. I stayed in this structure close to Nevelandia with my family last weekend, friendly staff and attentive to the needs of children, very appreciated local cuisine, our room was among those just renovated. I advise. I will definitely return for the summer season to try the heated outdoor pool.

A weekend of transition between the yellow and orange zones, an urgent need to escape from home for a bit of recreation and here we are at Bladen ... we are two families (joint) and for some time they had not found such a welcome ... the one that everyone hoteliers should reserve for their customers!
Clean rooms, requests immediately fulfilled, varied food, excellent and not at all heavy, use of the Spa, large and with different types of services. But the most beautiful thing that made us come out with a smile and perhaps a sadness in the heart is the familiarity, cuteness and availability of Marco and his staff of young but incredibly professional and easy-going guys.
They entertained and pampered us until the last despite the difficult situation and the closure around the corner due to the last Dpcm .... they conquered our children (6 and 2 years) who felt at home and they enjoy a world of sledding and pampering .... Surely at another time we would have stopped all week ... thank you REALLY will be back soon!

Din t stay here but we had dinner here last week as we stopped by in Sappada during our hiking trip in the Dolomites. Delicious traditional South Tyrollean dishes. The manager was super friendly and took good care of all our dining requests. Great experience.

I stayed at this very quaint hotel. In the beginning I had booked only for one night and in the end thanks to the kindness of Marco and Anna who characterized my stay I stayed for 3 nights wonderfully. Do not overlook the well-kept wellness area and with everything you need after a tiring day like a great relaxing massage. To make it even more idyllic, the fantastic dishes prepared by chef Fabio. On the last night I also had the pleasure of spending time with Matteo the owner who takes particular care of the hotel being of his family for generations. I can't wait to go back and try Pinz even on the snow.

The 5 stars are absolutely insufficient for this "location" in Sappada! Staff always available and enthusiastic (thanks to Marco) warm and welcoming rooms. An amazing Spa and everything very clean. We have already been there twice since after Christmas and we will return as soon as possible: the best value for money possible!

I had been there 15 years ago, and since then the structure has remained almost the same, in fact the room I had had the same decor of the time! Compared to the first time, the wellnes center was added; the highlight he had at the time was breakfast and meals. Now the breakfast is normal and the meals have lost their "polish"! Sin. Prices, in my opinion, are disproportionate compared to the services offered. I paid as a 4 star in Cortina.

He was rude by phone only because I asked to change the dates of the stay, and on Christmas day he allowed himself to send me a threatening email ordering me to immediately reclaim the deposit. Difficult to make a transfer with closed institutions and done by on banking .. it would not have been worked in any case before day 27! he is the manager, and I asked him for payment, but he was not able to do that, credit card numbers would have been enough !! BUT I repeat the payment instructions from him are better or NOT I was given.
Anyway, dear director, remember also that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS REASON !!

In the driveway of the hotel, less than 1 meter from the front door, I fell on my back and slipped on the ice 10 minutes after arriving. I wore snow shoes, not city shoes.
In the evening and the next morning the ice was still there, with the risk that other people could fall. It would have been enough to throw in some salt.

As I said to the owner, I don't usually write reviews but this time it's a must: the structure has everything you need, the rooms are spotless, nothing is missing! The view from the rooms is spatial ... the Spa is excellent, but I would like to focus on everything else .... because in this hotel the details and attention to customers are a continuous CUDDLE! The whole team that runs this hotel is of a kindness and friendliness that I have hardly found elsewhere. I especially point out ELENA, you can find her at the reception but in reality she is everywhere, never with her hands in her hands, with a kindness and education out of the ordinary. If you go to Sappada, this hotel is MUST !!

Absolutely positive experience: over the years we have never felt like guests because we have never experienced a single moment of discomfort.
