Same coffee cups for as long as you are there only cleaned by yourself no tea coffee replenishment at all. asked at 730 am by the maid to vacate room very soon even on a 12 o'clock booking out time. But the spa and pool were fantastic

Big hotel. Old but clean. Very big outdoor pool with plenty of sun beds.. BUT there isn't an indoor pool for under 14s!! This is a big drawback as some days it gets pretty windy and chilly to swim outside for my little one. It suits couple better.
Some of the decor is a little tired, and having only 1 restaurant kinda limits your options within the hotel.
That been said, we found the food in the restaurant beyond any complaint, with plenty of options around breakfast time.
The service in the hotel was generally good. The pool is a fantastic facility but the thermal spa needs modernising.
The rooms were clean & had a great view over the extensive pool facilities, not to mention the landscape if you're high enough. However, the bed have rubber mattresses that I found difficult to get used to.
While the hotel is not central, getting to the to the town involves a 10/15 min walk, a 2 min taxi costing less than 3, or there is a free shuttle bus once or twice a day.
All in all we found it a great value stay at the end of February.
We are currently here for a holiday and I need to say I have never been in better hotel. Wow! What a experience! The staff is amazing as well as the food. A lot of stuff to do on the site and bathrooms are amazing!
Beautiful hotel, good food and really nice staff. Rooms are a good size with lots of Storage space. Only downside is that when you are half board you can have everything you want at breakfast but have to pay for any drinks at dinner, not even allowed draught water. However I would stay there again
Huge hotel, plenty to do, food in restaurant and buffet at pool great, plentyful and varied. Staff friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable about hotel and area. Have been 5 times so they must be doing something right needs a bit updating but still great hotel, staff and food pool is huge with waterfall and indoor waterfall with stream,
Very nice hotel. Slightly dated interior in the rooms but nothing to put anyone off. Food was pretty good although we chose to eat out a few times as the food does get slightly repetitive but this is true of most all inclusive deals. The big downside for me is that the pool bar closes at 6pm and then the only place to have a drink is inside the hotel at one of two bars and it does her rather hot inside. First time I've been anywhere abroad that doesn't have an outside area to relax at night.
This is our 2nd visit to Beatriz Costa & Spa and we have been looked after so well. All the public areas including the restaurant are elegant in appearance. The food is varied & plenty, something for everyone. I found the staff charming & helpful. There is a good variety of day & evening entertainment. The bedrooms remain "tired" & need a bit of refurbishment & decoration but they have everything you need in them with really comfy mattresses. This is an excellent family hotel.
Great value all inclusive. Good choice of food (there's plenty of rice, potatoes, chips & bread I just don't eat those so no pics) and drinks. Spa heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room included in all inclusive. Drinks are nice except the wine (I can normally drink any wine but not this stuff) but cava is included in all inclusive & that's nice. So is the beer (san miguel on tap). Room & spa area could do with upgrading but fine to spend a week in. Mini golf, tennis, table tennis also available on site + there is entertainment every night. Location is ok, about 20 minutes walk to shops, restaurants & bars although walk back is a slight incline.
Overall I'd say we got what we paid for - good value & enjoyable week away.
