Very pleasant in a lovely area, rooms were decent and food was good

Very helpful and professional service. The location is good, very close to many tourist attractions. I've enjoyed the stay there.

This review is for guests wanting to book spa service. Called a week ago to book full mani/pedi & massage package for 3, several attempts. Finally was able to reach someone - was unable to book within 2 weeks. 2nd attempt at same hotel/spa was to purchase gift certificate for same treatment- with a 2 hour notice via phone call- arrived during a storm- was told that despite the notice the spa did not have time to provide such a gift certificate. Apparently she was too busy. I was asked to come back later ( in a storm). With tourism as a top priority, I am terribly disappointed that a gift certificate was even too difficult to be provided.

Zadar is a bit slow in the tourism department however the staff at this hotel more than made up for the lack of city charm.

Mario, Ivan, the front desk twins, were spectacular.
Ivan from the restaurant was great too!

Really attentive and friendly staff. Making the best of covid. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Great location you park right out front, really friendly staff and helpful, rooms are amazing with the beautiful stair case giving you that heritage feel, breakfast is great with a le carte, so everything is super fresh!!!

The spa is beautiful really clean and well maintained, if you wish to stay in Zadar I highly recommend visiting this hotel you won t go wrong!

We tried the restaurant late night, excellent location , warm welcoming friendly staff that spoke english well. Recommended us a Croatian dish (Brancin) which was delicious.

Very nice place and a fantastic staffing. For Americans who need a wash cloth they actually have them.
