They treated me super well and I felt super comfortable

Horrible. Upon entering, there was a short circuit in the room. They changed me another 2 times of room for several reasons (in one night). And when I asked for the room service, I just wanted a ham sandwich, they did not bring it to me even though 10m were missing for the kitchen closing (23h)
As I say, horrible. I will not come back

I have been able to attend a RoadShow in the hotel and prove its gastronomy. Good cuisine with good quality products.

After reading all these positive reviews, say I booked for our anniversary and do not forget my birthday to me the same day

A great hotel located in the same block of Diagonal Mar mall.

too expensive for what it offers, although of course bcn is expensive in itself ... the cleanliness is not according to the price and the staff could be more pleasant.

Good service but pretty expensive. You do not really need it to go to a conference, so if it is fully booked, there are even apartments with a lower price at 15-20 mins walking distance.

Friendly staff, clean rooms nice views and best of all everything in the fridge comes with the room muah!

Honestly one of my favourite hotels i have stayed at. The hotel its self is lovely and the rooms too. I have never been to a hotel that re stock the mini bar every day and it to all be for free! The staff were great and helped us with any questions such as directions ect and the bar staff were great too - one in paticular, David! He makes a great hot chocolate the location is perfect with the metro just across the street and with the shopping mall right next door. All in all i rate my stay here 10/10 and would highly recommend it! I loved it so much i have already planned to come back with a grouo of friends!

The hotel was great,
clean and nice.
The breakfast was well, but something for everyone.
Overall, everything was fine and we were satisfied.
Unfortunately, only the manager at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional.
in the end, he puts the other nice employees in the shade.
A pity.
One should not forget that the guest is king and therefore you should not dissociate unnecessarily.
and a lift more would not hurt either.

A very nice hotel with a wonderful sea view and a good service.

In the opening of the terrace. I love their dishes and cocktails flavored with DJ music by the pool. This is terraceing!

Very comfortable, quiet rooms. Extra breakfast, hearty and varied. A small flat for who does not speak English but they do their best to help us. Very nice view of the city. A recommendation: even at 23 euros the garage a day, prefer it to the impoundment of the vehicle! The police in Barcelona are hunting non-stop illegal parking and the city offers few parking spaces.

Very nice hotel, friendly stuff and close to the beach.

Location is perfect for walking anywhere. The public transportation is super easy to follow and at a reasonable price and right next to the hotel. The food was expensive yet delicious.

Beautiful hotel, located away from centrum but easily accessible via public transportation.
The rooms are unique and designed very nicely. Nice amenities and digital phone in the room for personal usage as a tour guide.

Absolutely fantastic! I love everything about this place. We had a very positive experience with the receptionists (very welcoming, helpful). We had a room with a great view, the room itself was very spacious and clean. Very nice breakfast and good restaurant on the ground floor. 5minutes walk to the beach, 3minutes to the metro station. A fairly big shopping centre within 200metres. I'd definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Visited the restaurant and bar for drinks. Pleasant staff and nice atmosphere within the hotel. A bit pricey, but good and well made drinks.

Nice breakfast, but no coffee without sugar (or my mistake). Rooms are fine. Metro station is really close.

We had the suite on top floor with fantasic views over barcelona. The jacuzzi was really nice. They offer good service and nice location if you wanna be little bit out of downtown. The mini bar was free liked that. All in all great Hotel.

It is a wonderful hotel. It has views of the entire city. It's very luxurious and the rooftop pool is awesome. This very well connected with the train and the tram. Right in front is the Diagonal Mar shopping center full of shops and a lot of atmosphere. It is close to the beach and the forum. Also the walk is next. In the forum go skaters, people with bicycles and skates and sometimes record commercials and television seriies. It also has the museu blau and many other hotels next door. In 15 minutes you can be in the center of Barcelona.

Modern hotel that has all the amenities needed. A bit out of the center of Barcelona but close to the beach. Been here for a business conference, hotel & meeting rooms have been good. Catering as well. Pool on the 23rd floor is nice. Gym small but all you need. Recommendable!

The cost of the room was very high. The facilities were great and the view was awesome, but I think the price was a lot higher, for the actual value of the room.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful position, near port and comfort for transport. Room it s very beautiful and staff are really really charming. We come for a birthday and they give us a special gift in room with cake and white wine. We really appreciate. Thanks for everything!

Would give it 3.5 stars. No kettle/coffee in the room, and a leaky shower that had been patched up with sticky tape weren't a great start. The floor is also tiled, not great if you do yoga and don't have a mat. The view is stunning though, the room size is fine and the bed is comfortable, the pool area is nice enough too and it's in close proximity to plenty of shops.

The Hotel is placed on a great place, but thats the only Thing that is good.
I paid a lot for a room with a "large bed". The funny thing is that me and my wife got 2 small beds put together in 1.
The air condition is not working!
The pool is not like on the Pictures.
All in one ist absolutelly no worth the Money guys.
The Hotel Needs a overmaking
The Elevators are horrible (not the view, the view is great) There are only 3 on 500 People. You really wait very very Long to get one.

But Barcelona is a absolutelly great City.

The rooms look partly newly renovated, but if you stand exactly, you can see some flaws.

I was here years ago (2014) and the overall quality has decreased. At breakfast, for example, the fruit was often moldy.

Another example is that tiles are already loosening in the bathroom or that it is raining heavily in the glass corridor between the buildings.

The hotel could be a little cleaner in general.
The staff is very friendly.

The rooms (had number 818) are big enough and no noise from the hallway could be heard. However, from the street, because the windows do not seal properly.
