Hotel nice enough and convenient for the convention centre which is across the road. Breakfast poor but OJ very nice. The so called restaurant in the hotel is terrible. The hotel is missing a trick here as nearly all guests were eating out in local restaurants. Pool on 23rd floor was nice but only 8 beds and no seats. Bed in room very small and uncomfortable with unusable pillows. Mattress cover torn and very worn.
Worst thing about the hotel are the lifts ,
If you are on one of the top floors you seem to spend most of your day waiting for a lift to arrive and then it seems to stop at every floor.

I stayed in a superior room with incredible views. It has good service. The heated pool is amazing too. The romantic pack I recommend.

Worst stay of my life . Went through 4 TVs in 3 nights. Shower was leaking into the bathroom. The keys deprogrammed multiple times per day. The room service says it s 24 hours but when we finally got a hold of them after calling reception to get them to call us back. They didn t know the prices or product that is on the menu in the rooms. Never said sorry about the keys, or anything. Matter of fact they asked what we did to make the key deprogram. The elevators take 10 minutes to get down, even though there are 3 different ports. It is too far from anything other than the beach. Far from restaurants and monuments. The part of the city is very new and underwhelming. The beach is tacky and has no public bathrooms. The only thing that is ok about the hotel is they have an ok breakfast. I wouldn t stay here again if they paid me.

Stay 4 nights here with sea view. Really nice hotel and good room service. they got me a welcome champagne and free mini bar drinks. For sure I will be back next time.

It is in a good strategic point for which one can without taking taxi or subway things nearby, gastronomic proposals, shops and especially if one has thought for summer THE BEACH because of this also has good views

The location is perfect in a growing area of BCN, close to beaches, shopping center and museums. Very comfortable and the staff attentive and friendly

3zcelente attention. Well located. Good view. They feel the noises of the bathrooms of other rooms. The rest very well.

A real 4 star hotel with a nice view, 2 small outdoor swimming pools, complete breakfast and big rooms.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient for the purpose of my visit. The hotel rooms are quite small as compared to nearby hotel. Some of the furniture is very awkward to use. They do not provide the basic facilities which are available with most hotels of this type like an iron for clothes, moisturizer/cream, the gym is too small with very few equipment. Swimming pool is also very small. Food is decent. Overall not a very satisfied stay.

Best is the view from the rooms in the higher floors.
Staff is not helpful and not even very friendly, rooms are in some parts intensively used. A lot of other better hotel are very near by.

Excellent hotel with really comfortable and spacious rooms. Very curious the separation between the bedroom and the bathroom (through glass with option to privacy). Spectacular views of the Barcelona Skyline on one side and the sea on the other. 1min from the CCIB, with the CC Diagonal Mar adjoining and full of gastronomic options. Exceptional quality / price ratio. Very nice detail the free minibar (beer, soda and water). On a negative note, the high cost of breakfast ( 19) minimized with the alternatives in the surroundings.

Do not use parking because more expensive than the room and no price indicated

Not felt treated well by staffing at the groundfloor, pittpull terrier bodyguards asking me for keys all the time we booked 4 nights! ?! when complaining at reception, they just say jajajajaj unbelievable. please wake up and get benchmark from other hotels in USA, Asia and other European countries that are 10x more guest oriented!

We arrived a day later as our flight was delayed the day before. When checking in, we asked the staff member if it was possible to accommodate us for missing our check in date the day prior due to our flight being delayed. The staff members at the front desk were extremely rude and not sympathetic at all to the unfortunate circumstances with our flight. They did not refund us for missing a day that was not under our control or giving us any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. Once arriving to our room the door lock would not lock. We called to request the door to be fixed and the front desk representative said a technician will be up shortly. The technician never came.. We went down stairs the next day to talk to them about the same issue with the door lock as it was not resolved when requested.The front desk insured us it will be done. It was extremely concerning for us as we are trusting the hotel to be able to leave our personal belongings in our room and the lack of consideration of not taking action right way is horrible customer service.
The only positive thing this hotel has to offer is the view from the pool but overall I would not recommend this hotel. They don't care for there customers that travel from different parts of the world to provide a trusting and caring experience to keep our mind at ease to have an enjoyable vacation.

I enjoyed this hotel for its great location and the setup of the rooms. Everything is efficiently placed and all space is put to good use. My one complaint is that there was no coffee machine or kettle in the room - no free access to hot drinks. There was free coke, bottled water and a lemon drink but no way to make coffee other than buying it at the cafe downstairs or in one of the restaurants.

Hotel is located in what seems to be a new part of the city with new long buildings and big new shops. Hotel has a heated (during winter) open air swimming pool. We didn't know that and we didn't bring any swimwear, however there's a primark shop just near the hotel where my girlfriend and I bought swimwear for a total of 10 euros. Hotel is clean, breakfast is really great. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Deserves its 4 stars.

We took a room with a terrace. In short, all unnecessarily small and older than the web seems. The terrace is tiny and does not even have a lounger (not worth the price or far). The pools are full because they are also tiny (especially the one above). The elevators are slow and are at polar temperature (the first hotel I see that has air conditioning machines in the elevators). Finally, the room looks old, it is absurdly small because they have separated a small room without any use, and the bathtub is for children ... We will not return.

Breakfast too expensive, bathroom and furniture very worn for 4 stars

Great hotel! I had a great view of Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia. In addition, the service is great and there was nothing to complain about. The rooftop pool will be renovated, but that was not bad. There is a second and to be fair, at some point you have to do such work yes. All in one: I will go again.

Nice views, not as well kept, not sure if worth the price

Nice cozy hotel minute walk from a very nice public beach. Right next door to large mall. Rooms are nice, fast wifi and a small pool/gym.

I was in the hotel in 30.04-04.05.2019.
You just can not be in the room. the smell is disgusting. In the room, the air conditioner is terribly noisy in the bedroom. for a long time we could not understand whether this smell seems to us or not, therefore, we didn t immediately turn to the reception office. This smell from curtains and air conditioning doesn t work there either.
And most importantly at the reception refused to help. They sent a cleaning lady to spray the detorant. video with noisy air conditioning I put separately. Unfortunately I can not pass the smell on the Internet.

A damaged elevator queues of 10 minutes to access the room or the lobby are not allowed to be there for 4 nights

This is the second time we have come and we are still so happy. Aside from a little air conditioning and a change of room following this, we had a great time. The spa part is very nice with soap and towels available. The view is beautiful. Worthy of a 4 star or more.

Very good location in the city, with a very good view depending on the floor you are. Home and service worthy of a 4 stars. Parking available but fairly high price. The hotel nevertheless offered discounts on activities in the city.

Attention: tourist tax in the city of 10 euros per person in addition to the price of the room.

Very good location, the view over Madrid from my room on the 12th floor was great. I had the nicest receptionist you could ever imagine

Luxurious experience on a budget.

Being used to living in kind of budget hotels (like AC-hotels) I was really pleasantly surprised. Welcomed to the room with cava and a dessert, and a free minibar (refilled every day and still free) was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel had free wifi both in the lobby and every room.

It was conveniently located near the beach, and it was easy getting places by tram or the subway.
Just next to the diagonal mar (mall) as well.

Cons:
The rooftop pool was warm, but kind of small.
The pillows where kind of uncomfortable.

Overall it was a great experience, well recommended! Cheap prices for such a great hotel.

Very nice hotel with an amazing view, even though we got a cheap room at the 4th floor. Wide spaces, clean rooms, fancy furniture and details. I would have preferred a more traditional division between the room and the toilet but apparently glass is the new fashion so ok.

Superb hotel, so satisfied that I returned there 4 x with family and friends. The smiling staff, the mini bar is offered, the first time they even upgraded us to a double room with a sea view and a bottle of champagne with strawberries because we had booked on the site directly.
The situation is a little out of Barcelona, but the shops and restaurants are close by.
The cleanliness of the rooms is decent.
The service is impeccable nothing to say.
To book to have a good time with your partner or family.
Only downside the double rooms may be too small if you are with a baby.
.. the travel cot will be in the same room.

been in this hotel 2 times. absolutely amazing. I LOVE The location. the location is hands down the best. the breakfast is lovely, the beds are great. Barcelona princess is a fantastic hotel. highly recommend it

Lovely rooms and staff. Breakfast was good. 5 stars if the rooms had irons and the lifts weren't so slow.

All in all, the hotel makes a good impression, unfortunately you are not allowed to look too closely. Somewhat aging facility. The window blinds do not run in the guide rails. In the shower the knob loosens and the silicone joints should be renewed, because when you shower you get wet feet on the toilet, which is separated from the shower by a frosted glass pane. There is also a so-called travel buddy in the room, a cell phone that you can take with you. Actually a nice idea, unfortunately this mobile phone doesn't even work and I can't tell you how good and to what extent the Travel Buddy is helpful.
But there are also positive sides, the staff is friendly and there is a safe, minibar and a pool on the 23rd floor, everything can be used free of charge. In the hotel you can have a drink and food is also provided. The connection to trams and buses is great. Around the corner you can go shopping, eat and sip cocktails.

Excellent deal good price and excellent service and location.

It's a nice hotel close to the Barcelona Convention Centre, and close to a fairly big shopping mall.
The hotel rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel rooms do not have an ironing board or iron, and no kettle or other facility for making tea or coffee. The hotel is far from the Barcelona downtown area (ca 12 minute taxi ride).
I recommend this hotel for conferences at the convention centre, for which it is perfectly located.

Comfortable hotel, the view from our room was superb. The 2nd pool on the 23rd floor, sea view is small but the view is worth the detour. Few deckchairs and no shade.
