Hotel Asnigo Review

Very nice view from the room, spectacular, many helpful staff, come back :)

Clean, very good bed, staff, friendly, lake view, one a eat good but not exceptional overall, note 2

Hotel Asnigo is a verry nice Hotel at a beautiful location, with a sparkling view of Lake Como. The staff speak good english. We enjoyed it very much. The food is of good quality but quite pricey. Tip is the chicken, very tasty.

It is also nice to sail with the ferry to Como city, it costs very little.
If you walk the road down from the hotel entrance you will have a somewhat hidden, off road ,rough, rugged footpath down, after about 50 meters. if you follow it down you will automatically reach the ferry. Just keep walking down. The ferry building is a beautiful cast-iron building.
Taking this path back is a challenge, but with 68 years of age and packed with bottles of wine I made it, so it is doable. The height difference is around 200 meters.

Hotel in a strategic position. Very close to Como, but in a secluded, quiet position overlooking the lake. The Art Nouveau villa also has a restaurant and bar inside.
The quality of the interiors is good, the lobby is a little dated and without a particular style.
The rooms are clean and with a lovely view of Lake Como.
The international breakfast (free) is buffet style and has a large selection.
Adjacent to the hotel there is a private parking, but which costs 15 per night for guests too! I recommend the free parking 50 meters away.

Wonderful place! We celebrated our wedding in this restaurant! What to say - everything perfect, a wonderful day, the view of Lake Como is not beautiful, more !!!! The service is the dishes at the height of the place !!! Maximum courtesy and kindness. Highly recommended !!! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel the Christmas lunch was great and very professional staff only flaw but there may be small rooms perhaps because they had a balcony with a lake view postcard I highly recommend it

Excellent structure. Polite and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. The only flaw is the relatively distant location from the center but 5 stars as an evaluation because the lake view is beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was there for a wedding ... I have a splendid view of the lake but the dishes did not reach the sufficiency. The service was not up to par. It may be that on occasions with fewer guests they manage to organize themselves better

4-star hotel, not deserved, the corridors of access to the rooms, old and dirty.

A very nice Hotel with an amazing view of Lake Como! The rooms are also very nice and clean and the service people were always kind and helpful when I stayed there.

Why do I have to subtract a star? Well the restaurant was not a very nice experience, I fear. The food was not good, not enough by far and for this very, very pricey. They have the aspiration of a gourmet cuisine, but they simply are not one. I would recommend to avoid the restaurant during your stay, it truly is not worth it.

But the Hotel and the people there are really very nice. The view is amazing, but you will have to do some driving to climb the mountain. Ask for a space in their car park when you do the booking, this is important because you will not be able to leave your car anywhere else! The car park comes for 10 Euros extra per day.

Nice and cozy hotel with a nice view. So just drive up the mountain. Different in terms of size and rooms with a view of Lake Como. The restaurant was unfortunately closed, but in the village 300 meters walk there are other restaurants. Swimming pool available to rent a towel for the swimming pool costs 2 Paid parking in the garage costs 10 per day. Mini fridge, safe and hairdryer in the bedroom. Also TV with many foreign channels. WiFi is reasonable. Breakfast was excellent and many tasty sweet cakes such as Italy. Nice bed and mattress. Bar and restaurant. Good choice for a stopover. Friendly staff.

Beautifully appointed spot. Will be back to investigatelonger. The hotel has all sorts of conference and business centers. Must travel destination in summer. Free breakfast available.

A fabulous place ... What about deserves visited !!! the structure is beautiful and well cared for and as regards the staff is very kind, they put you immediately at ease !!!

We ate on the terrace overlooking Lake Como. The sunset was beautiful and the food was fantastic.
