Many times visited this most affordable 5 star hotel named after historic King Ashoka of Kalinga ( presently known as Odisa state in India ). New Ashoka Continental is a deluxe budget hotel and among the leading government approved hotels, situated right in the heart of New Delhi. It was my memorable experience. The hospitality, room service, food are highly admirable. So far money is paid services are comparable far better than other 5 star hotels in New Delhi...

Didn't like the food's taste. Nothing extraordinary as far as the food is concerned.
Room service is good. It's quiet and beautiful near the pool side and feels great at the ayurvedic corner.
Aesthetics are worth the tour and the place overall is pretty spacious for any business events or exhibitions.

Was checked in by some guy name "Ropesh". Treated me like a second class citizen. They were checking me in and went service someone else while I wanted. After long flight all I wanted was to rest. Keep in mind I booked and paid in advanced. Went to my room door was already open. Booked for a full bed. Gave to two twins. Only thing going was my bell hop, amazing service. Older dark skin gentleman. Bijender pal. He did best to accommodate me.

Fish stinks from the head first. You cant ask other what you yourself cannot. Horrible management. Lead by example please. At 130 in the morning had to move my room twice. He raised his voice it echo, he slammed the door as he help me out of the room. At 130am.

It is a government owned hotel in Diplomatic area of New Delhi. My overall rating is good. Staffs are helpful. Best thing about hotel is the breakfast. Their wifi internet speed is something they need to improve.

Rating 3 + 1 for staff, staff is very supportive, location is awesome, near by local market you can find anything.
Hotel rooms were clean and spacious (recommendations is for executive suite).
Room service food is good (less menu option for vegetarians)
Breakfast menu you will find some limited options.
Hotel building is old heritage and Royal in look.
Overall for stay up to 3 night I will recommend this hotel.
(no liquor allowed in bags while check-in)
