Hotel Ashoka Review

I got extremely disappointed with hotel services.
If you are foreigner than you will have a lot of troubles here.

Neither they have option to recharge your USA phone/laptop/other electronics devices not they provide any converter.

I & my family came from USA and decided to stay in this hotel.
I have two infants and elder one has special food requirements. I arranged his raw food Just wanted to boiled it , I asked room service to boiled food because hotel don't provide kitchen and microwave. Room service denied to boiled, They wanted to sell their food for kid.

During booking I mention my family member count (3 Adults + 2 Infants) and they provided only one bed, when I asked to change then they gave me two twin bed, When I asked again then they provide me extra paid bed.

They don't have courtesy however everyone in hotel is looking for tip.

My experience was very bad, I will not recommend anyone.

Excellent Property. Rooms are good. One of the best place for meetings, conferences, marriages, etc. It has India's largest convention hall.

The building and room could use some repairs. Old hotel, the lawns are not manicured. The staff did not appear crisp.

Hospitality of hotel is very good...,variety of food.

Stuck in a time warp. Interiors need major renovation. Difficult to believe it s a 5 star hotel

Good vegetarian restaurant in the cellar.
Good halls to hold meetings.
Lot of insects in the open area.

Whenever I go to the Ashok Hotel, I feel very well that there is cleanliness of the hotel, everything is fine. Good staff well dress up, everything is good, totally love it

Serrvice, ambience and quality needs much improvement.

The hotel, an ancient cuman actually good, the sad in the middle of a diplomat but the quality Buluk area. Same price gag comparable quality. Cook ya ya want to go in there just room key could be using that gag. Wait too long. For a great room duileee away so the street from the lobby. Sad eike. The public toilets in the lobby too much so. If dying for a pee away euy. The food is okay hell yaaa. There are veg and non veg too. Happy about food.

Best five star hotel situated at the heart of New Delhi. Its managed by government.

Always liked the lobby area with its decor, and enjoyed the occasional meal at Frontier. The Ashok is one of those 'fixtures' of Delhi many visitors are familiar with.

Good 5 star hotel. Food served by them is delicious.

It's one of the oldest hotels in Delhi. Well maintained from outside. Inside the rooms are not that great, very old styled, need some major renovations. Food is average..
