Its one of the oldest star rated hotel of the City. Room condition, service, food all seems OK. Remember that the liquor bar is presently defunct due to expired license.

Price and hotel rooms & its services doesn't justify its value. Outdated rooms, floor was dusty not properly cleaned, bad lighting in room, basic thing like floor mat & shoe cleaner was missing, ambience of hotel was not good. Feels like price is kept on higher side. They should first maintained the room and improve their services. I have been in Hotel Trinity Grand Raigarh, their rooms and hospitality is par compare to its pricing and feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. Hotel Ans has to improve on above mentioned points.

It is one of the best 3 star hotel in Raigarh.It is located at wonderful location Near Axis bank.It is best for organising weddings and parties in locality of Raigarh specially.

Bekar third class and Air conditioning system is not working,,,,,,,,

Location is good, but the property is getting old and is not maintained properly. Good food but ambiance is getting bad, staff is also ill trained. But food is very nice and rooms are spacious.

I brought 2 malai chicken tikka and 2 chicken 65.

1) Malai chicken tikka was well packed.
Chicken was well cooked and was soft and tasty green chutny was provided and was tasty too.

2) Chicken 65 was well packed and quantity was good. Chicken was soft and belive if it's taste was awesome.

It's a nice hotel. Courteous staff. Nice ambience. Has an exclusive vegetarian restaurant.

So this is a 3 star property as per some govt people, to me it won't cross 2.

Room is spacious but with a hard bed,

The shower heads are broken, no buckets,

Food is priced at 4 star rates but is not up to the mark.

BREAKFAST Buffet only had 7-8 items,

The staff has some really good individuals, who are cooperative and smart

Hotel is little old, maintenance is nill and interior is broken, when you put charger in the socket it comes in your hand.

Food quality is poor. If you are a non veg and not with family, you have to sit in bar for taking food....... very disgusting as the bar has poor ventillation. Even if you hang dnd at door, staff will open the door with master key. Attitude of reception staff is negative due to bad hotel manager who sits in adjacent cabin. Hope other hotels will come in near future to serve better.
