I was the bride and trusted Hot Dish with the set ...
I was the bride and trusted Hot Dish with the set up of the venue, selection of food and drink when I had a fully packed preparation schedule, let alone that I was hit by two cars a couple of weeks before the wedding (and amazingly not suffering from severe injury).
The wedding went smoothly and some guests went to me saying how they liked the food and dessert etc.
It was not until two weeks later that a friend told me the extra drama happened on my wedding day. (I had no idea of it at all. My husband the groom saw two policemen entering the venue through a side entrance and was told by Hot Dish that everything had been under control. Then my husband went back to take group photos without any curiosity.)
It turned out that someone broke into the kitchen on the venue trying to hide drugs there. When Hot Dish staff tried to stop the trespasser, the trespasser went violent on them.
I was totally amazed by how Hot Dish managed to handle that situation and continued to serve the quality food and service.
I was burnt out by all the unexpected hassles in my pre-wedding preparations but ended up with a lovely wedding day. I am really blessed to have Hot Dish as my caterer to go beyond their job duties to make me care free on the big day.
