Hosto, Buchan, Prater, PLLC. Review

My Mother asked me to take her to an Elder Attorney to update her Will and make sure everything is done the way she wants it. We were referred to Frank Cardis with Hosto & Buchan. Everyone at Hosto & Buchan was very professional & helpful. Frank Cardis went above & beyond to make sure my Mother had her Will the way she wanted it. She feels very secure knowing Frank Cardis has protected her wishes. We totally recommend Frank Cardis for your Elder Attorney needs.

These people are RIPOFFS!!! They are based in the same city as me, if I have to show up at their office, I WILL!!! BecAuse they are garnishing my checks from work when I made a payment to them before they started garnishing!!! They claimed they sent me documents for the garnishment but HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM and my checks are being garnished!!! Can someone please help me bring these mfs down!!!

Couldn't give them a zero, go figure. This firm has the absolute rudest person answering the phone I have ever encountered, she'll probably get a raise from these bloodsuckers now. Hope you don't have an encounter with them if so best of luck to you.

These people will rip you off. I pay money on what I owed to a company long ago who quit contacting me over 7 years then all of a sudden these people steal money out of my bank and when we made arrangement to pay. I never missed a payment then my job sold out and I got a few months behind and these people steal more money out of my account after I sent them a payment they took. Now my power is getting shut off cause they stole the money out of my bank. They don't care about anyonw but the money

The staff is VERY RUDE, called them & learned that they sent a letter to a address that I DO NOT HAVE NEVER LIVED there & the person he is a male was VERY RUDE he even hung up on me. This is a POOR company & I will help to close them down they need to be humble. I read there reviews from business people & of course all of there reviews was outstanding but for the people who have to pay them these people are RUDE & VERY DISRESPECTFUL, they need to learn how to treat ALL people. I will work with anyone to shut these people DOWN or at least send them to training on how to treat people. Let's PRAY for them because the 2 people I talked to are RUDE & HAS ALOT OF HATE & ANGER IN THEM. AMEN cause by GODS HANDS THIS DEBIT WILL BE CANCELLED

Back in 2013 my mom had a car taken back because she took out 2 loans of around 3000 dollars to get it fixed and when the second time she replaced the computer in the car it didn't fix it. She had to let it go back because she need to work to pay back the loans and to make a living. So they started taking her wages witch is fine she knows she owes them some money. Well I called to get a copy of a receipt where the car was sold at auction. After 2 phone calls to a extremely rude woman answering the phone we a month later get papers with no copy of the original receipt sold at auction apparently we are not in titled to them papers because I called the finance company and they have it on file and they have 2 and only one matches the number I was sent. And on top of that the car had a warranty that she was told she didn't have when she got the car so they couldn't fix it. So these people will apparently lie for the people that pay them. We can admit when we are in the wrong but they can't just to get a few extra dollars. Welcome to Hosto &Buchan.
