Great experience and great people.
Mr. Silverman and whole crew did great job on my case. They were fighting for every penny to the end.

I work for an orthopedic surgeon and we treat many of their clients. The attorneys are always make sure that any client that has outstanding bills get paid before and after their cases settle.

My 87yr old mother broke her femur slipping on standing water at Menards. I called Horowitz and Horowitz because of their reputation. For 2 plus years we have waited patiently for some resolution of this case. It has been dragged out and I know the game, but it is UNACCEPTABLE to call and be ignored when I ask for a callback by any business, much less attorneys. Just this week I have called 3 days in a row for a simple update....ignored...again!
My mother will be 90 in 2 1/2 months, I hope someone at Horowitz and Horowitz will wrap this case up while she is still with us!

Update...I received a callback from (David) I believe, he was extremely apologetic and informative. He updated my mom and I regarding her case and it was very enlightening to know the stages etc., it is involved.
I would give a higher rating for David but let's see going forward if it continues. I am hopeful it will.
UPDATE 2021

IT'S BEEN 3 YRS, NO UPDATE PHONE CALLS, MY MOTHER IS NOW 90 YRS OLD, IN A HOSPITAL WITH COVID 19, ON OXYGEN AND FAILING.
LAST TIME I HEARD FROM HOROWITZ WAS WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN!
NO POSITIVE NEWS...IN FACT MENARDS IS MOVING FOR A DISMISSAL...
MY MOTHER SLIPS IN A PUDDLE OF WATER LAYING UNDER THEIR WATER FOUNTAIN, BREAKS HER FEMUR AND HAS REHAB FOR A YEAR. MUST USE A WALKER FROM THE ACCIDENT.
She never even got a settlement offer!!
WHAT THE HELL GOOD IS THIS LAWFIRM?! PATHETIC! NO URGENCY, NO FOLLOW UP, NO COMMUNICATION!
