When it was Horseshoe it was OK. When it was Jack's it was horrible! Now that Hard Rock is taking over it's getting better! Employees are much nicer. There are still things they need to work on BUT they are trying to make the changes and take feedback seriously. Only 4 stars because there are still a few things they need to fix but I know it's in the works. Covid has definitely slowed the transition over a little harder and the additions and expansions. If you have a issue with a machine or need something hit your help button on the slot and they will definitely help you. Hope to change this to 5 stars soon!

Absolutely wonderful place. They have everything one can want. If you are a smoker, there is an area you can sit and play the slots and smoke. You can press a button on your machine that will get you a drink.
They have dine in or carrybout food, plus a full bar.

Me and my wife got there around noon, played some games, ate some food, then played more games. We def won money. The staff do a very good job during this covid-19 era. We had a blast. It was my wife's birthday, and she said it was the best one in her life.

I had a great time and can't wait to go back! I just wish they would remove mask mandate once seated at poker tables or keep masks and remove the big dividers. Both just seems to be a little overkill!!! I will still be going back again soon!!

I went yesterday on 4-16-21.for open interviews for a sous chef position .I was 1 of the first 10 people there for different types of jobs. And when I met with sous chef Andrew from the Steak house first he asks me 4 separate times when was the last time I worked for the Hilton and every time I told him that I never worked there he kept saying that he was sorry and he was just waking up. Then when I told him that I work for Jack's casino about 4 years ago he said that he needed to make sure that I could be a rehire. I didn't understand because I never worked for hard rock casino. Then he went and talked to someone and came back and said that he would want me to take a lower rate and position then what I had applied for. I was still confused and felt some kinda way. He told me that I didn't have enough training to get the job that I applied for. I been cooking for over 20 years. I have done everything in a lot of kitchens. The only thing that I would have needed is to learn there order systems because every computer system is different and the training that is available for new hires. And I know that there sous chef's are not doing the ordering of products anymore and haven't done it since they transferred Jack's casino to the Hard Rock Casino. He also told me that they needed to fill 100 hundred positions for the same new restaurant that I was applying for. The whole experience with the Steak House Sous Chef Andrew. Made me wonder..Are they really an .Equal Opportunity Employment.???.And the position that I applied for. The Restaurant doesn't open until June of this year. They are still doing construction. I said all this to say that. He could have given me a chance. I have my management serve safe.and my tip training certification. And I have been a Leader and a Kitchen supervisor. My next step is to become a Sous Chef. And he also told me when he came back from talking to whoever he talked to about the rehire that he could rehire me.which was still very strange to me because I have never worked for a Hard Rock Casino ever. The Jack's casino and the Hard Rock Casino are 2 different companies.

Enjoyed my first time here. I won some money, the staff was nice, and the place was clean. I didn't give 5 stars because the noodle restaurant had horrible service. I waited to be seated, while front desk staff (including the manager) didn't acknowledge, I was standing there. No one said, one moment, we'll be right there, or even made eye contact. After I got tired of waiting, I asked the manager if someone would set us. She said, "I'm sorry, you can seat yourself". I did that and no one came!!! I ended up going to the lucky restaurant an had a much better experience! Overall, good time but hated my first experience was ruined by the noodle.

I love this place but it s too often I have people getting to close to me asking me for money.... not just that but it s a bunch of rude people just following you to get on the machine you re playing on as if you warm it up for them. I know that can t be controlled but the bums are a huge problem that the eye in the sky should be aware of.....

This was my second time to this casino , since hard rock took it over. They have completed the process of replacing the carpet and it looks very nice. I also noticed that they have opened up the walkways around the machines. That makes it nice to move around. They are also installing new games, through out the casino.i suppose they are making hard rock restaurant they have a area blocked off, for construction if that is so this will be a nice casino, and no smoking.as soon as this work is complete it will be a winner, check back later to see.then I will up the rating.
