I was recruited to work on a project with Horizon. Showed up and spent a lot of time standing around waiting for equipment to arrive. Once arrived we inventoried it. Went back several times to more of the same thing then found out prints for the project were not even approved yet. Told that the project was put on hold. I was contacted several times over almost 2 months letting me know it would be starting again only to find out each time that it was being pushed back again. When they were finally ready I had picked up work with a client and was just finishing up. I advised them of this and that I would need to start a day later than they wanted. No response from them directly. Then I was told by a go between they had found someone else. Very unprofessional group to deal with. When I brought this to the attention of the GM he told me that what had happened in the past they could not bring me back. I asked for clarification. None received. I would not use them for any project I was working on. Probably the foulest mouths I have worked with especially the PC Gary. If you are looking for a group with integrity, professionalism and class, these are not your guys.
