I ve used Hope several times. They never disappoint. They are very honest and do a quality job. Jeremy did a great job installing my Water Softener. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing. Hope is one of the more expensive plumbing companies in Indy, we used them because we needed our toilet realigned after it came back in our home inspection, we needed to work done quickly and we needed it done right and we thought they would be able to take care of it properly. The repair tech didn't have the tools he needed and had to leave and come back, the toilet was re-installed crooked and the bathroom was left with a thick film of tile dust because no protection was put down to protect any surfaces. I called to complain, they sent out a new tech to center the toilet (several days later and he also had to leave to get a proper tool). They never addressed the filth they left or bothered to clean it. I spent hours trying to get the black tile grime of the walls and in the grout and off the blinds, the bathroom was a mess. The attached photos are from after my first round of cleaning. Do yourselves a favor and call Peterman if it isn't a rush job.

Great crew who listened to and created solutions for us to choose from. In the end after considering several options, we selected an on-demand tankless water heater, new sump pump setup, and clothes washer pump system for our washing machine in the basement. Matt was not a high pressure sales person, but the actual person that did the work, so I could trust he knew what he was doing. Great team who worked the whole day at our house and left the place clean and with a crisp new installation of components. Ours was not an easy job and multiple obstacles needed to be overcome but they did it! Great job!

My tech, Tyler M., was great. Profession, understood what I needed done and explained the process wells He recognized that I needed the work done quickly to meet a buyer s inspection request as my home is pending a sale. He was able to do install the new drain lines for my sump pump the same day and did an excellent job.

Hope Plumbing was recommended by my Redfin real estate agent. The response was quick for providing quote options and also for scheduling the installation of a sump pump in an existing basement pit and drain pipe system. In just 2 and a half days, including chopping space for the pipe through a large tree root, the system was installed. The only concern is that it does not include a freeze guard component for the pipe in cold temperatures.

Tyler came out and gave a quick thorough estimate on everything we wanted done. The job we agreed on having done was then scheduled and executed perfectly! Everything about Hope Plumbing was smooth and done with quality, from their office personnel to their technicians, we couldn't have been more happy with the job! Would 100% use them again for any needs in the future!

I am truly impressed with the customer service and quality of service I was given. Seth and Terrance did an amazing job. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. I called and they were able to get us in the same day. I am thankful I called them for our sewer issue. They have a lifetime customer!

I called for unclog drain and diagnose. The customer service was great. Scheduled for me the next day earliest available. Seth T came on time, very professional and polite. Explained everything well before and after the job done as well. He did an excellent job. I recommend hope for punctuality and quality service.

We called for and emergency sewer issue, they got us in the same day and send Seth Taylor, he did an amazing job in finding the issue and fixing it! He definitely went the extra mile for us, stayed way longer that his work hours and worked hard until the issue was resolved, was willing to listen to my thousand questions and concerns extremely nice human being and job exceptionally done. I m very happy with his service and would absolutely recommend.
