Hook and Ladder in Sarasota are liars and crooks, don't trust them for a second. Howell is a low life and a scum bag. I am filing a report with the Real Estate board. This guy should be in jail.
Stay away from Bill Howell and his companies (Hook & Ladder Realty, Inc and 1st Premier International Properties). Do not allow him to server you as a buyer agent or a buyer and a seller agent. Currently, I am taking my case to the court, report to Florida Real Estate Commission and Attorney General Office.
