The security guard, after explaining to me that the previous appointment was mandatory, took pity on me and after speaking with an official inside they allowed me to pass. The official has kindly directed me to the VAT area where I have been treated correctly, the official who attends the VAT section always transmits a pleasant and cordial feeling (they have coincided with him for years).
I have finally left the ranch, even when it seems difficult, with a feeling of joy.

Attention is highly variable. There are real rude people who border on disrespect, like super friendly officials who help you in everything. In general the appointments are well organized.
