Definitely the best dorms on campus even for the price. You can choose between a single, a double, and a quad. I had the quad my Freshman year and it was amazing. We had a huge lounge area with a TV stand with cable and Ethernet ports right behind it (no TV obviously) and a sectional couch that was very comfortable. There's a kitchen area with a kitchen sink plus garbage disposal, plenty of cupboards, an included induction heating plate (so bring induction friendly cookware) and a full size fridge. Each of us had our own bedroom with a door and a lock. Two bedrooms are slightly smaller than the other two but they're all about the same size. There was AC that you could set and each room had a bed (bring a mattress topper. The mattresses aren't all that good), a desk with cable and Ethernet ports nearby, a closet with mirror doors, and a little alcove for a shelf or something. Not bad considering the fact that you don't have to share the bedroom with anyone. Each two people share one bathroom so in total there are 2 toilets, two showers (bring your own shower curtains), and 4 sinks so each person gets their own sink, mirror, medicine cabinet, and cupboard.

I've only seen the double rooms so I can't say much besides the fact that the bedroom is shared and there is no lounge area or kitchen but they do provide a mini fridge. I'll be staying in a single this upcoming year and I know that it's similar to the double except that you don't have to share the room with anyone and it's slightly smaller than a double. The bathroom sink is in your room and you just have to share a bathroom with your roommate next door.

Every room has their own mailbox and they will hold any packages you get and send you a text notification when they arrive. Move in is relatively painless and easy. I haven't had much of an opportunity to participate in any of the LLC's and things like that. They also have amazing public lounge areas and conference/meeting rooms, a weight room, and computer labs. The only complaint I have is that there is no cafe/dining area in the dorm and the closest dining hall closes early on Friday and doesn't open back up until Monday so you have to travel all the way across campus to Ottawa East to eat on the weekends and (it seems to me anyways) that using the washers and dryers is a little pricey. Other than that, if you had the opportunity to stay here over staying somewhere else on campus, I don't know why you wouldn't.

Literally terrible, it is about a month till we move in still don't know who our roommates are or room numbers. It is the most unorganized rental company I have ever went through, and my family owns rental properties and the crap they have done for a big company is ridiculous. Our first months rent is due a month earlier then the rest of campus housing so you can't even use scholarship money to pay for it, and they have not informed any students on how to pay the rent, when it is due in a few weeks.

I honestly would not suggest staying here to anyone, and I am an engineering student, and the benefits for us are not even worth going through this dreadful company. I signed my lease in March and I am still sitting here waiting for information, and who to complain too.

Oh and on top of not knowing who your roommate is we don't even know our move in date, so for parents that need to request off 30 days in advance, that is not even possible because they won't even tell you when you move in.

I wish I would have chosen to stay somewhere else, but at this point there is not even dorms open anymore.

NO ONE STAY HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS OR UNORGANIZATION!

High priced dorms, it does feel like a hotel. It is the farthest from engineering campus although they do have computers with engineering accounts hooked up to those computers, those accounts are exclusive to HAV and engineering only. For those who are considered sophomores with dual credit, forget about parking close to your dorm as the nearest lot is by the I-house. As I said it does feel like a hotel and has one of the best communities for someone who doesn't want to be living with others who are not serious about school. It also comes with a fitness room and one bathroom per suite.
