As a relatively new Honda owner, I am very impressed with how their service tech treated me and my vehicle. I had a gentleman named Stevenson, and he was open and honest with me. I brought my Ridgeline in for an oil change and tire rotation, and it was completed with no problems, and I was actually called promptly by Stevenson just like he said he would do. With my previous vehicle, my experiences with the dealership(Matt Blatt Mitsubishi), taught me that when they would say, "Yeah, we'll have it done by noon for ya!" that usually translated to a 4:30pm phone call saying my vehicle was done. Not with Turnersville Honda though! He said noon and I was called at noon saying my truck was ready. Very impressed, and I will be bringing my vehicle to them for sure.
After a shaky start, the service manager quickly and professionally resolved the minor issue I had with my vehicle.

My air conditioner needed to be serviced and was under warranty- all I did was give the warranty company phone number to Mike Dickel and he handled everything for me. My car, including having a transmission service, was ready in a few hours. I just moved to NJ and am happy I have a great place to have my car serviced. They lost my business. I went there New Years Eve because I happened to be in the area. I've been searching cars for several weeks and had my mind pretty much set on a CR-V, all I needed to do was drive it because I already know I like the looks and am aware of the features. Tim was the salesperson. He was very thorough in his selling points, though he could have spent more time talking after the drive instead of before. Suggestion: give main features before the test drive and give the secondary details afterward. I had asked him when the finance specials were over and he told me tomorrow, New Year's Day. I thought it was rather unusual for it to end on the holiday so when I went home to search some more cars, I saw that it ends on Jan 6. Wow, I knew I had a bad feeling about him. What a liar. I will be buying from another dealer.

Everything I requested was completed but it took longer then planned. The garage computer system was down and the service scheduling was at a very high volume, or so it seemed to me. However, everyone was professional and courteous.

Went to the Honda dealership on a Friday night "just to look" and walked away with a new car! Had a wide selection of pre-owned vehicles for great prices. Frank Stella expertly guided us through the car buying process, making sure that we got the best deal possible and top dollar for our much loved '95 Accord that I had assumed was beyond the point of trading-in (had over 240k miles and many quirks). He also sat in the car with us and showed us every button/feature in our newest addition so that we felt comfortable driving away with it. Will definitely try them again when our '97 Civic goes. Our experience with the finance guy (Dan) was similar--low pressure, answered questions, was forthright and seemed to care about giving us the experience and vehicle that we wanted. Had no agenda other than making sure we were happy and got the best deal.

The guy who sold me my car (Matt) was lucky his manger (Matt) was there because Matt had his own agenda. He wasn't concerned with what I wanted -only with what he wanted me to buy. He wanted me to buy the touring CRV and I was going to buy an EX. When it came time for him to show me all the different buttons on the car and how to work them he said, "you know what you are doing right?". I was wondering what was so important that he wouldn't-and didn't- take the time to make sure I knew how to operate the car. So I waited and watched him go lean up against another car with a buddy of his and smoke a cigarette. As I said Matt was lucky Matt use to work there because although I was going to buy a car and DID, I wasn't going to buy it from Matt.
The service department was excellent - oil change and found a nail in my tire for which replacement was completely covered by the platinum warranty.
Upon arrival, someone greeted me immediately. I scheduled a service that I didn't need and was informed by Mike. He also informed me of a service I did need and told me upfront what the cost would be. The work was finished much quicker than I expected, and I couldn't be more pleased!
I had an oil change that did not take long at all. I was also helped in connecting my new phone to the car Bluetooth.

I can't speak highly enough about Tariek Robinson. I went to this dealership over a week ago to casually check out what they had and he was polite, respectful, and professional even after I said I wasn't purchasing that day. I had such a good car buying experience here. I had been calling around to car dealers to ask what the best price on a Civic Hatchback Sport was. When I called Honda of Turnersville I spoke with Min, the GM, directly. (He s the one who answered the phone.) He *actually gave me his best and final price over the phone on my first call*. He wasn t trying to see what he could get out of me or anything. We coordinated an appointment for later that day and I drove up. (2.5 hours! I really wanted the red color and I really wanted to buy from Min and not from some of the other dealers I d spoken to.)
When I got to the auto mall I was able to go check out the car; Min personally went out with me to answer questions. The purchase process was very smooth I never got any sort of up-sell or hard sell on anything. (Min even explained we have to offer you the extended warranty, but that s it and truly it was just mentioned once as a check-the-box thing.)
I was kind of burnt out on the car purchasing process before the visit too many pestering phone calls and one straight-up lie about having a particular car in stock (and, when called out on it, tried to get me to come in anyway). Everything about working with Min and the team at Honda of Turnersville was an amazing difference from that. Honestly, I d probably send anyone I know in Maryland up to Min to buy a Honda. Sure, it s a 90-minute drive from my family, but holy cow the experience was worth it. (Oh and not to mention the selection! The next-closest place with the exact car I wanted was 75 miles farther away from me!)

Employees are easy going , no complaints with them! It's the customers in there today that bugged me . This one guy had these 70s cut off Jean shorts , and was acting creepy . And this one woman in there was recording everyone with her phone and she didn't care who seen her (creepy ). Anyway I never had a bad experience here . I like the fact that I don't feel like I'm in a courtroom . No suit and tie lol.

I had my service my car service there as I always do. I ve been a customer there for about 20 years. I always had great experiences there. Michael Deferro is the Service Advisor. He s been an excellent excellent person me every time I come there. He gets my jobs done. He always make sure that I walk out of there with a perfect car! I would like to tell him that he s one of the best service advisor s I ever had! I used to take my car to Boardwalk Honda in Egg Harbor Township and it was so bad! That s why I travel now 45 minutes to get up to Turnersville for over 15-20 years.

I wanted to share my experience because I had excellent customer service. Recently I needed service on my Honda 2004 CRV. My car was having trouble starting at 4pm. I spoke with Bassam Dahleh in the Service Dept and he was exceptional. I was able to get my car started and Bassam had already reserved a rental car and even offered on the phone to wait if I was running late. My car was serviced and ready the following day. I really appreciate all of his help that day and on other routine service appointments that I have had with him. I have always experienced great customer service at the Honda of Turnersville. Rude service people. Came home and my car was making noise. They did not fasten the plastic oil cover under the car. Now I have to go back tomorrow at 8am. Which might not seem like a big deal but I was leaving early for a road trip. I had to reconfigure my entire day because of their incompetence. FYI...they never apologized. Each family celebrates milestones they've reached in a variety of ways. However, one thing those families have in common is that the celebration will most likely depend on involving those from outside of the family to help make it memorable.
We were looking for my son's first car, and a transaction that could have been just that, was turned into a wonderfully memorable experience, simply because our salesperson, George Braun, put himself in our place and understood how incredibly significant this moment was for our family, so he did all that he could to push this experience over-the-top, and we couldn't have had a better time!
Not to mention that we were trying to find a nice, and a safe, car with an extremely limited budget (not an easy task), and we were treated as if we were about to buy the best that the dealership had to offer. You can only imagine how this put us at ease.
We left that night with a great car and thankful hearts, knowing that for each of us, it's a choice to treat others the way we'd like to be treated, and George chose to treat us that way. We were individuals with a specific need, and he saw us that way and did everything he could to meet that need, and much more!! This made all the difference!
