Rude service people. Came home and my car was making noise. They did not fasten the plastic oil cover under the car. Now I have to go back tomorrow at 8am. Which might not seem like a big deal but I was leaving early for a road trip. I had to reconfigure my entire day because of their incompetence. FYI...they never apologized. A little humility goes a long way.
