What an absolutely delightful experience. We contacted a family friend Aimee Bickerdyke who stated she had the perfect person to guide us through our purchase experience. Our salesman Joe Urban of BMW Turnersville was the best I've ever dealt with. He was unbelieveably down to earth and honest. He took us over to the Honda dealership and completely blew us away. It was a no haggle experience where he made us a priority over himself. We brought nothing to the table and he went above and beyond. Janine from the finance office was very friendly and helpful. I very rarely give 5 stars and would give more if I could. Definitely going back when it's time for our next car purchase.

This dealership continues to excel at service. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment and even though they were booked they understood that we were not local and fit us in for an oil change and tire rotation. Always excellent every time we go

The amazing staff at the Honda of Turnersville are truly amazing people!! They went above and beyond to make the children at Archway Programs feel so special by clearing out their showroom and throwing them a pizza party. Each staff member was responsible for buying a child a gift and they all handed these children their gifts that they bought with their own money! This is a true act of kindness, generousity, and talk about giving back to our community and our youth!! My family and I were completely blown away by the whole entire staff's effort they put into coordinating this, their generous gifts and just overall making special needs children feel so special!! Honda of Turnersville really went above and beyond and are much more then just selling cars, they are an amazing group of people who all got together to brighten the day of our children!! Brought a new car from Scott. No pressure throughout the process, allowed some negotiating, finance person friendly and without any incident. Brought back a week later to get registration, friendly greeting, replaced a missing tire valve cap quickly.

I would personally like to thank my sells rep Tee Philathep he was very helpful and knowledgeable and really tried to work with me to help me get the car I wanted he gets a 5 star the only reason I'm not giving the dealer ship a 5 star is I asked the manager if he could take of 500 dollars and was told only if I trade in my 2004 grand prix gt that he first offered me 350 dollars for I know it's not a new car but 350 to 500 dollars really but that's the only complaint that I have Tee thanks again..

Was waiting for months to be able to go buy my HR-V. John helped me through the whole process, and he was awesome! He brought his personality to work and was easy to talk to, and he made buying my car a smooth process.

I had my suburban fixed at the dealership and was happy with the work then i took my daughter's 05 honda pilot with 88,000miles on to turnersville honda (same dealership) and they fixed the recall then i got a letter theywould offer me 6,000 for it on a trade in so i went to dearership and they changed it to only 2,000 dollars and said i had to pay i think it was 800 dollars for a low jack that the dealer put on i didnt ask for and told them to remove it then i dont need it then the guy got bothered i guess we could say and just ignored the letter like i wrote it i wont buy anything there and maybe not even take her pulot there probably go somewhere else to buy and or service her pilot my chevy i would take back to repair there cause i like the ones that helped me with that but nothing to do with honda and its a shame cause my daughter loves Honda

I m on my second lease from Honda Turnersville and over the last 4 ish years I have no complaints. John Booth, my salesman, was great as was the service department. John helped me pick out a car and get my payments right and still calls me to check in. The couple times I ve dealt with the service department the quality of service was great. I dealt with James Carney both times. Both times I didn t have an appointment because they were last minute emergency fixes and James did all he could to get my car taken care of quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this dealership.

I had a problem with the key not turning in my wife's civic so I drove my car down to the dealership to speak to someone in the service dept due her car being stuck in the driveway. When I walked in the service drive and was empty and 2 writers were just standing around another on the phone. I was ignored for a few minutes and then I asked if they could give me a rough idea of cost to replace the ignition assembly. Oh yeah I was in the business for over 30 years. But instead I was told I could go to the parts department and get a price for the part otherwise the car would have to be brought in. Then he turned away!! So to make a long story short got a hold of Coast Honda who are 91 miles away 1 way who gave me a rough idea got the car started drove there they gave loaner until my car is done. I've used them when I lived at the shore and will continue to use them. Turnersville Honda SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCK!!!!! Maybe they should remember what C.S.I. is !!

Labor Day weekend my wife and I gave him the details of what we were looking for and he provided us with great insight and suggestions to help find the proper match. We ended up purchasing a Honda CRV that exactly fit the mold of what we wanted. I recently went for Service at Turnesville Honda for a recall on two of my Hondas. I was informed by a letter from Honda that a loaner vehicle would be provided for me. When I arrived at the service area, I was informed that no loaner vehicle was available. Needless to say I was not happy, since me and my wife were both leaving our vehicles there for service for a few hours. I asked to see a manager and after a very short time, the General Manger Min Chin, came out to greet me. He took me into his office and listened to my problem. A vehicle was provided for me and my wife. Mr Chin is a professional person and handled the problem swiftly. I have been a manger for over 20 years and always was concerned when a customer had a problem. Mr. Chin is an exceptional Manager and person and has earned all my business now and into the future. What a great Guy and company!

I recently went to buy a civic and the salesmen LAFLAM and WOJTKOWIAK went through the whole pitch, I was sold a car that I could have purchased for at least $1,000 less at a near by Honda dealership, but that was my fault for not shopping around. This place should be the last dealership to go to, because if you do later down the line you will be sorry.

The customer service along with the continued dedication to detail by service manager Stephenson is the best car service I've ever had. When you trust that your car is getting the proper service, it makes you stay loyal to Turnersville verse a closer dealership like Burlington or Hamilton. I will be a lifetime customer of Turnersville, as long as they keep the same integrity.

Firstly want to start off with the fact that the facility is beautifully laid out! They have their own personal track for test drives to take place on. But Tim was great... he did all the leg work for me and I spent very little time at the dealership... pretty much signed and drove away, a mom with 2 babies this was ideal for me. TIM BUCHMAN - is a GREAT salesman ! He s not a hound & a salesman pusher. He was supreme with the details, made sure we knew how long things would take in each area. He offered coffee while we waiting ! We had an ice storm & he wanted to walk me to my car tried standing in this sleet to make sure I know what I was doing with my new car. Service Department is horribly managed. Eight months ago I had an appointment for a drive belt replacement. After an hour in the waiting room the service tech came out to notify me that they didn't have a drive belt in-stock. He suggested we reschedule the service but I refused and negotiated a solution with his manager. Today, I arrived promptly for my appointment to replace the spark plugs and clean/adjust the back drum brakes. Upon arriving, I was ignored and left standing at my vehicle in the garage for 10 minutes with no greeting or offer to approach a service desk. Nearly an hour later, the technician approached me in the waiting area to notify that he didn't have any spark plugs in-stock and couldn't get them until Friday.
This shop has absolutely no foresight or ability to maintain the materials necessary to perform their job. I would not recommend them and won't return my business here again.

I went on Friday night interested in buying a 2018 Honda Civic Ex and when she went over the payments with me she asked me how much was I looking for my monthly payments to be and when I told her the amount she told me that maybe I was looking at too much car and tried to get me in a used car . I work at a used car dealership if I wanted a used car I would ve just got it where I work. Anyway so I left and went to Rossi Honda and I am now driving around in the car that turnersville Honda told me was too much car for me at a lesser monthly payment then what I had told her I was looking to pay.
