I had a problem with the key not turning in my wif...

I had a problem with the key not turning in my wife's civic so I drove my car down to the dealership to speak to someone in the service dept due her car being stuck in the driveway. When I walked in the service drive and was empty and 2 writers were just standing around another on the phone. I was ignored for a few minutes and then I asked if they could give me a rough idea of cost to replace the ignition assembly. Oh yeah I was in the business for over 30 years. But instead I was told I could go to the parts department and get a price for the part otherwise the car would have to be brought in. Then he turned away!! So to make a long story short got a hold of Coast Honda who are 91 miles away 1 way who gave me a rough idea got the car started drove there they gave loaner until my car is done. I've used them when I lived at the shore and will continue to use them. Turnersville Honda SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCK!!!!! Maybe they should remember what C.S.I. is !!
