Victor was extremely nice and helpful when i had to get my car fixed for the recall. He said it would 4 to 5 hours but it was actually done in an hour! Great customer service and quick service. 10/10 Recommend

Long story short, I came in looking for a CPO Accord to buy and got the perfect purchase all thanks to Keith from customer services.
Here s how it went down. I was just $250 away from signing the deal, but noone in sales was budging. Was honestly hoping to buy a car and hoping that my last three hours wasn t a waste but I couldn t change the price on my end. So I headed out the door and I was about to get my key s from the vallet when Keith started up a convo with me. He asked if I was able to make my purchase today and I told him I was just $250 away from it but the guys in the sales couldn t budge. Keith was just about to head out for lunch but he walked me back in and did some magic. He took care of everything from start to finish and was extremely efficient yet polite. This man made my day, heck he brought some magic into my holidays. Honestly didn t expecting to walk out with a car but all thanks to Keith, I got just what I wanted and got the best service I ve gotten in a long time. Thank you Keith for transforming my 2 star experience to a 5 star one.
Here s my tip for you all. If you have any issues, try asking for customer services because in my experience they sure get your back. Maybe they won t be able to lower your car prices, but they sure will do everything possible in their power to give you the best dang experience.

If you're planning to buy a Honda car or have your car serviced, don't go to this dealership. The way they handle customer and their service are very UNSATISFACTORY. When I complained about car alarm, the manager did not take me seriously. I felt like he just made fun of me. Then oil change time came. I made an appointment and I got a confirmation. When I got there, a staff told me I had no appointment, and on the paper the guy typed 5,900 miles when the mileage was only 2,900+. I paid for that service, anyway. Then after 6k miles another oil change service was due. I came in at 11:20. A hispanic staff told me I was not going to pay. I asked why. He said, "Oh no. Sorry I was wrong. You have an extended warranty. I did not understand his explanation. He said "You will not pay oil change if your mileage is below 3,600 miles. I said, "Then why was I charged for oil change for the first time when I had only 2,900 miles?" Well, I just said "Ok." Then, this guy promised that it'd be done 40 min to 1 hour and he'd try to find a way to even make it faster. Wow, it was already 2:40 pm and my car was not yet ready for release. Their staff just said, "We're sorry for the delay, the guy who entertained you went out for lunch break." After all these mounting frustration, I will no longer give this dealership another chance to disappoint me. I'd look for another Honda service center.

i had experience when i come to this dealer, i end up not but the car because the dealer add $1490.00 call "express care package" on top of listing price. the dealer won't take it out. i never see any dealer has this kind of fee. this fee should be optional for buyer. i never come back this dealer.

I gave 4 stars because the way the service department is right on the street the cars back up into the street causing a traffic issue and the parking stalls are tiny for small compacts Like a smart car . The employees were very nice and professional and took care of me fast . Thanks down town honda .you got my ride rollin again .lol
The entire experience here has been amazing, I got help from Catherine, she was amazing and friendly throughout the entire time I was here. This is my second time coming here and each time I come the experience gets better. They are very welcome and are willing to work with their customers in getting a good deal.
